Once a memeber of a Hong Kong crime syndicate before setting out on his own to form a drug ring of his own.

Clothes:In fights and everything else:He wears an Edwardian Dandy-like costume of a black set of tail coat,red striped trousers,(Very thin line stripes on them.) White dress shirt with frilly desings on front and sleeves and black tie string and red silk hanky in top pocket. A ruby red ring on his left hand,a red cumberbund around his waist, and a pair of matching black dress shoes with brown trim on them.

STANCE-
Much like Rugal's excpet he has one hand on his hip and one hand in a clenched fist.

-PERSONALITY-

Even though a black hearted bad guy by far,he is also a charming gentlemen nature with the ladies and other circles whetehr it be socialism or crime. But when he gets down to business he is a merciless maniac by far and at times underestimates his opponent. Can sometimes also be a bit sympathetic with a situation or person,depending really on what it is.

He is also quite vain with his suits and hair and if anyone ever really messes either of them up,he can truly get quite pissed and murder them for it. In short,kind of an opposite gentleman like Dudley only evil as they get.

Shing throws his arm forward and a red fireball flies from it,can either be done with light punch or hard punch move.Has a charge up power to it like Guile/Charlie/Remy.

Dragon Dash:

Like Gill and Rugal's own dash grab attack,Shing dashes forward,grabs opponent and takes them across the screen,then once he stops he slams their body with Fire thurs and drops them to the floor.

X Slash:
Power:6 out of 10
When he's close enough to opponent or victim,he does a pair of overhead chops and slashes them with an X like motion,and leaves a trail of red energy doing it,causing his victim to fall to the floor.Only works when he's close to opponent.

Flip slash:
Power:6 out of 10
Does a sommersault kick like Guile and other fighters who can do it,except he starts out with a kick to their chest and thenflips with both feet upward with a red energy slash to their head.

SUPER MOVES:

Shing charges up both arms,does a Dragon Dash,but when he slams opponent on other side of the stage,he then kisses his ring and does a super lightning fist barrage attack that slams several Fire Thursts into opponents body until they're dizzy or their down for the count,depending on how much stamina they have left.

SUPER X SLASH:
Power: 8 out of 10.
Same move as before,except he charges up both hands with white hot energy,and slams them with a super charged X motion that does twice as much damage and leaves a red glowing X in the air from where he did it.

VENOM KICK SUPER

Shing thrusts forward at opponet and slams their chest and head with barrage kick similar to Chun-Li's and then does a flip slash to their head..Again,depending on power of stamina bar is left.

Jumps into the air and lands on both feet,causing the ground to shake,similar to one of Q's intros.
VS:Good Guys,kisses his ring and says,"You will die here good man."
VS Bad Guys,hands on hips and shakes his head saying:"I do not like competition!"
VS Females,like Dudley's taunt he takes out a rose and throws it at the floor to them.

-STORYLINE-

Once a young infant who was raised in a Shaolin temple called the Tao clan back in the 1920's,and was trained in their guidance of martail arts and philosophies.

But one terrible night just as he was now 12 years of age,he was snatched from the temple by some black robed figures and taken to a secret lair of some strange oriental villain dressed in a gold and red robe with a strange green dragon mask on.

The man before Shing was known as Hau Dragon and Hau proclaimed that he was to be his next guinea pig to use his new Black Venom drug on.

Hau injected the black serum into Shing's arm,causing a strange and terrible transformation within him.
His DNA was transformed into a black and fiery power of some sort that caused his eyes to go black and strange powers of red energy glowed from his hands.

Hau laughed wickedly knowing that his experiment was a success,but it would be to his own undoing as he soon learned.
Shing broke free fom the grasp of his henchman and unleashed his given power upon them.

In a fury of red glowing attacks,he killed them both,then turned his attention to the man who gave him the power,Hau Dragon.
Hau tried to fight back,but Shing's given knowledge of the Shaolin arts overpowered the villian was killed by a blast of red fire through the chest by the young boy.

Shing then smashed apart the table containing the drug and mixtures that gave him the evil power,causing a fire within the cave.
Shing then fled the cave and then fled the Tao Clan,vowing never to return.

Later that night,Tao looked at himself at a reflection in the lake he was near.
He saw that his eyes were glowing red as were his hands.
Shing summoned all his will and power to learn to control the power within,and managed to do so.

He then thought long and hard about this power that was forced upon him,he didn't want it,but he knew that he unleashed a powerful variation of the fight attacks he was taught by the monk Elders.

He now knew that he was given a great power,but he had no idea what to use it for.

A day later,he was walking through the streets of a local city and was harrassed by a gang of street punks.
When one drew a knife at him,Shing couldn't contain himself and slammed an energized fist into him,killing the punk instantly,and then took out the rest of the thugs without breaking a sweat.

A local gunman working for a crime cartel saw the whole thing unfold,and offered to let the young monk come with him to see his bosses.

Shing had nothing better to do,and went with the gangster to the Crimson Crane gang.
Showing their boss what Shing could do,Hyun Wo Fat saw an opportunity before to make young Shing into their most powerful enforcer.

He had his men train the boy to use the most powerful and deadly martail arts moves unitl by the time he was 20,he was now a skilled enforecer and assassin.

Over the next several years of his life during the 1950's he carried out many crimes for the Cranes concerning robberies,extortions,and the best he was at,assassinations.

By the 1960's Fat passed away and willed the cartel to Shing,and he was now in charge of their nely established drug cartel.
Dressing himself up in the most expensive and tasteful clothes from Europe and taking the name Shing Venom,his cartel ruled the underworld throughout China and Hong Kong.

But until the early 1970's the cobined efforts of the police and Interpol themselves managed to bust and bring down Shing's cartel.The bust was led by Hong Kong's greatest detective,Dorai Xiang.

Shing himself attempted to make a quick getaway in his escape chopper,but as Dorai caught him escaping. He shot at the propellers,and caused the chopper to crash into the alleys below in a fiery explosion.

When they searched the chopper,they found scraps of Shing's clothing,but the man himself was nowhere to be found.

Dorai knew that he was still out there somewhere and vowed to someday find him.
While Shing Venom himself returned to his home in the mountains of China,cleared out his bank accounts and retired to a secluded life from the underworld.

Even though,his cartel was destroyed,Shing himself was an undefeated fighter and assassin and was happy with the secluded life he now led.
Travelling the world and tasting life at the top while the Black Venom drug still coursing through his veins kept him young and strong.

He took on many aliases as to no one would figure out who he was but...

....later at the SHADOWLOO HQ,Bison himself had just come across the files of Shing Venom,and was intending to look into the current location of the former crime lord.

And Shing himself was about to run into some real competition for the first time in years.
