-PERSONALITY-
Jacob is very friendly and easygoing. His laidback charm and sense of humor help when it comes to socializing with others. He’s fiercely loyal and protective of his friends even if someone else raises suspicion or doubt towards them. He’s also very generous with his money, making some donations here and there to those less fortunate in the countries he visits, or even lending some to friends who are in a little bit of trouble and he doesn’t require them to pay him back anytime soon.

He doesn’t like university politics, and this is why he prefers to work abroad, versus behind a desk like his father. He studied abroad for 2 years while getting his bachelor’s degree and enjoys being around other cultures.

-STORYLINE-
Jacob has been a long-time fan of ancient history. His grandfather, Dr. Jonas Turner, and father, Dr. Noah Turner, are both well-respected men in their fields, however, he chose a different path. While he and his father had always been at odds with each other, Jacob and his grandfather had always been very close. As a boy, he always enjoyed listening to his grandfather’s stories about eight legendary relics rumored to have great power – his grandfather spent most of his life researching and documenting them. Jacob’s relationship with his father grew even farther apart when his grandfather died a year ago – his passing hit both father and son very hard – even now, it’s difficult for both men to talk about. Since Jonas’ death, Jacob’s father refuses to acknowledge his research about the eight ancient relics – and this frustrates Jacob very much considering it was practically his grandfather’s life work.

While visiting an old friend, Jacob soon discovers that a woman named Esperanza Rios, who happens to be a good acquaintance of his father, is looking for the relics his grandfather had researched. So after packing up all of his grandfather’s research with him, he hopes to assist her, determined to prove his father wrong and honor his grandfather's memory by continuing his work.
