OVERVIEW:

What Miko lacks in range and physical strength, she makes up in speed and Chi attacks. Her normal battle maneuvers are 'hit and run'ing (for physical attacks) to wear her opponent down, and to finish him/her off with a massive qi blast of some sort.

Her main weakness is the amount of damage she can take. Because she's a speed oriented character (associated most with the element wind), most of her energies are focused on pounding the opponent from all sides, not being pounded. If an opponent can get 4 or 5 solid hits in, Miko would be down for the count.

APPEARANCE/OUTFIT:

Height: 5'2"

Small in stature, but not TOO small, Miko won't get trampled in a crowd but she is by no means tall enough to be noticed. Her thin airy frame and slightly childish personality make people believe she is much smaller though.

Weight: 102 lbs

Miko is very very light. This makes it easy for her to reach top speeds and jump high without worrying about landings. This also makes her very easily thrown around, much to her changrin. What weight she has is in muscle, with very little fat.

Head:

Two big eyes, a primarily roundish face and locks that playfully brush her strawberry pink lips all give off an aura of innocent cheerfulness. Her hair, one of the only things she allows to be messy, is wavy and tends to curl at the ends. It reaches down to her waist and is usually tucked away in a very long braid or ponytail. Since coming to Earth, she's also tried taming her hair with a variety of butterfly clips. Two big cat ears rise from the top of her head (no piercings) and tend to wiggle when she's happy.

Her eyes are constantly roving the landscape for odd bits and ends, and rarely focuses on one thing for too long. Some people find this annoying, as it is hard to determine whether she's ever listening or not.

Torso:

Lean and mean, Miko's frame is small and supple. Her bust size is around a 32B, and she has barely any hips. Her shirt of choice is a mellow blue sleeveless midrift that covers down to her ribs and shows off her washboard stomach. She has a necklace which looks suspiciously like a collar. It's a band of fabric (undefined) with mysterious neon green symbols written on it and a large opal at the base of her throat.

Arms:

Her arms are muscular, yet small like the rest of her body. She has a large variety of bracelets (ranging from small thin wire frame ones to buddha bead like things) on each of her arms. When in fighting gear, Miko's bracelets meld into a gauntlet resembling mettalic cat paws. Her nails are usually kept short, but she can summon chi at her fingertips to resemble claws.

Legs:

Miko normally wears powder blue very baggy pants made out of a cloth that's closely akin to silk. It is kept in check at her waist by a belt with an opal clasp that looks very much like her necklace/collar thingy. The bottom of her pants are tied to her ankles by white and silver ribbons.

Miko's legs are probably the most muscular part of her body. Because of her need for fast speeds, she relies heavily on the use of her legs. They are very well toned and bulge slightly more than the rest of her body.

In casual circumstances, Miko usually chooses not to wear shoes. They pinch her feet and are a general pain. She has very tough soles.

Miko starts the fight by transforming into her battle gear, which consists off a mecha-like bikini top, metal cat-paw gauntlets, A mecha bikini bottom and metal boots that reach to her knees. After transformation, she kneels with one paw on the ground...as if starting a race.

She either skips backwards (for short distance) or flips backwards to get away from her opponent.

PERSONALITY:

OBLIVIOUS: Miko is a very happy little cat girl. Seemingly oblivious to the world, Miko lives a carefree life on Earth. No matter what seems to be happening around her, her only troubles include scrubbing out bloodstains and well...making sure everything around her is as clean as possible.

NEAT FREAK: *ahem* As said, she likes to have everything in its utmost state of cleanliness. She gets antsy when there's a mess near by. Hell, she gets antsy if there's a mess on the other side of the world when someone's not attending to it. Her life goal is to...clean things.

STRANGER'S WITH CANDY?: She's also very naive and trusting. She's willing to be friends with anybody, and finds it hard to believe them to be anything besides good. This leads her face first into danger quite often. But this naive, trusting attitude isn't at all due to a bad memory. It's because she thinks no one in the world can be pure evil, and therefore they probably don't REALLY want to harm her.

SLASHING CHARGE: a charge similar to Wolverine's (in Marvel v. Capcom), chi blades slash in front of face as she moves across the screen.

SUGOI! LUNA LASH: Kicks opponent while doing a back flip, makes sparky chi thing.

SATURN RING: Throws round qi projectile at opponent.

COMET CHARGE: A Wong Fei Hong like move (does anyone besides me know him?) where she kicks the opponent in the chest multiple times, driving him/her into the opposite end of the screen.
WAI! LUNA SPIN: Gets into a handstand and spins legs around twice...would be a great breakdancing move. ^_^

HEAVEN'S SPEAR: Throws giant beam-like projectile at opponent.

COMET SLAM: She grabs an opponents shirt and throws them over her shoulder.

ETHEREAL SHOWER: Summons a bunch of balls o' qi that dance merrily around the screen...okay, maybe dance merrily isn't the word...circles maniacally around her?

SUPER CELESTIAL SPHERE: Throws a giant sphere of qi. Like Chunli's Kiosho but it moves across the screen.

THE GODS ARE CRYING (KAMISAMAKYAAKYU): Cries out and a giant white energy beam shoots out from the screen, lasts for a good 15~20 seconds. Only on Power Level 3

MAY THE GODS HAVE MERCY: Can only be done when over half her life is gone and she's on power level three. She turns into a giant, super raging Dark Blue Panther like beast and charges across the screen, tackles the opponent, grabs him/her in her jaws, swings him/her around, throws him/her up into the air and pounces on him/her, driving the opponent into the ground and taking off up to 90% of the opponent's life...hopefully, this'll knock em out...if it didn't...sheesh.

"Wai!" *glomps male friends* They react accordingly. Interesting reactions include swinging her around and tossing her (all in good humor) back to her spot; Patting her head fondly; or turning completely red.

"KONICHIWA! WAI!" *glomps female friends* They usually hug her back, pat her on the head or whatever else.

VS Chun Li

"CHUN LI-SAMA! WAI!" *glomps 'Li-sama'* Do you see a pattern here?

STORYLINE

Miko Eliana actually really doesn't have a past. She was created by one all powerful deity one day when he walked into his realm of being and found it an absolute mess. Being too lazy (or tired, as I'm sure he claims) to clean it up himself, he created the perfect house maid...Eliana! Yep, he created an all powerful house maid to zap away all leaks, spills and other pieces of debris that happened to be there. Sadly enough, the house maid was so efficent that the messes couldn't keep up with her and she soon found enough freetime to get educated and annoy her creator with constant questions of her purpose in life.

When the balance of the universe was disturbed, a new 'mess' was created and the almighty deity, seeing his chance to send his maid away for a while, did just that. He placed her on Earth to guard the remaining Essenses from whatever supernatural harms that may befall them (there were quite a lot at the time) and clean up their residences as well. And thus the being named Miko arrived in the home of one certain streetfighter, Chun Li...to cook, clean and protect the world from devastation!

She is currently running around with Volpe, Vicky and Zero1.
