-COSMETICS/LOOKS-
Locke's true hair color is black, but he speckles it with blonde dye on top. His hair is styled into split bangs usually obscuring his eyes, an undyed ponytail trails towards the back of his waist.
1) Usually wears a black armani suit, and black boots that look like shoes. Has a black turtleneck underneathe the sports jacket, and wears black fingerless biker gloves. Guess what his favorite color is. ^_^
2) Alternate outfit is different, where he dons a white sports jacket, with a white dress shirt underneathe including a black tie. His dress pants and shoes remain the same, but his gloves are white. His ponytail becomes a high ponytail.
3) Special outfit is completely different.
He doesn't wear a shirt this time, but only a pair of baggy black sweatpants
(Ya know, like Kim's or Kazuya's, except black ^_^). He has footguards
at his feet, and standard fighting gloves. Ponytail is the same as outfit
number one.
-PERSONALITY-
Locke is an arrogant bastard, with a cold-hearted attitude, and an intense gaze. When he is amused, he gives a sardonic grin. Basically someone you never want step in front of their line of vision. He is very calculating, and a master of gambling, given by the fact that he is part of an underground society of gamblers. He is one of the best.
He is also able to consume large amounts
of liquor and not become intoxicated, and is a charmer of women, though
he does not do this often, for lack of interest.
-FIGHTING STYLE OBSERVATION-
Locke prefers to take out his opponents
quickly, even crippling them if possible. With his style of fighting, he
can do this quickly. He usually does not bother with fighting, as he is
a calculated strategist. But he is able to take as much as he dishes out.
His hands are held in a standard boxing stance.
-BACKGROUND-
Locke is actually an elite member of an underground society of Chinese gamblers. There had been a time when Locke was studying to become a Shaolin monk, but circumstances would drive him away from this path as the monastery which he once inhabited would be destroyed by a mysterious force, and at the age of fourteen, leaving him as an orphan once more.
Alone in the world, Locke would eventually venture into the city of Beijing, where he was eventually reduced to street fighting in order to make a living. Not really caring how what he was doing went against the teachings of the Shaolin, Locke closed to his mind to all this and looked only what was before him that power and strength were the necessities towards his own survival. He would catch the attention of several crime lords, and during his free time, he was taught the art of gambling.
Now, Locke is one of their best, in gambling as well as fighting. But the fact that he has no interest in attaining the title as the King of Gamblers has mystified all who know him.
Though he had no true interest in the tournament, he was paid handsomely by several crime organizations to check in on what M. Bison was possibly up to. His presence did not go unnoticed upon the island however (he didn't want it to), and met with M. Bison himself, and hired as an agent to watch the events of the tournament unfold from the shadows.
But now, Bison is desperate to capture the Nine Essences. His other subordinates failing miserably, he has sent Locke out.
Locke has his own agendas that no one is
sure about, a lone wolf with its own goals. But basically, he is seeking
a way to profit from all this.
-MISCELLANEOUS TALENTS-
Counting: He is a fast counter, able to count up how many pennies there are in a glass jar or feel how many pennies there are by its weight.
Dices: He is literally able to 'hear' the result of the dices.
Card-throwing: Able to throw a card at a distance, card can 'cut' his opponent.
Gun: Always has a gun on him, except when wearing his special outfit.
Gun Info: The gun is a handgun customized
to suit Locke. It can hold up to eighteen bullets, just like the customized
handgun in Resident Evil 2.
-THROWS-
Over-shoulder Throw: Standard over the shoulder throw.
Fist to Face: Punches his opponent in the
face, repeatedly, then finishes it off with a powerful uppercut across
the jaw.
-SPECIAL MOVES-
Choke Slam: Rushes at his opponent and grabs them by the neck with one hand. If there is a wall nearby, he smashes them through that wall, if there is none, he smashes them down into the floor.
Repeating Fists: Unleashes a barrage of punches against his opponent, he usually prefers to grab them in and release this attack into their gut.
Takedown: When an opponent attacks him, whether from the air or on the ground, he can counter quickly by grabbing them and slamming them into the ground. When the opponent attacks from air, he slams them behind him. From a standing or crouching position, he brings them down in front of him.
Wheel Kick: Locke spins sideways with his leg outstretched, connecting with a strong kick against his opponent at a distance.
Groundbreaker: Raises his fist and crouches forward as he sends his fist smashing into the ground, letting loose an explosion of rocks and gravel driving towards his opponent at a distance.
Snap Back: Ability to counter energy related projectiles where he connects with them with his fist and sends it spiralling back towards his opponent or anywhere else.
Gun Shot: Has only eighteen shots in gun,
then has to reload. Gun Shot is rarely used however, unless he feels rushed.
Don't worry about this move, if it were a fighting game, the damage would
be a scratch ^_^ In the story however, he just won't really use it in a
fight, mano a mano.
-SUPER TECHNIQUES-
Slam Fest: He rushes at his opponent, holds them firmly in his grip and proceeds to slam them back and forth between walls, or unto the ground. He performs a maximum of ten slams if possible.
Raising Storm: He stole this move (among other things ^_^) from Geese Howard. He brings his fists up and slams them down into the ground, a huge tornado comes up around him and damages his opponent from a distance of several yards.
Ground Eruption: Brings two hands together and smashes them into the ground, directing a massive exploding chain of rocks and gravel to drive towards his opponent.
Notes: He doesn't really have anything
special to say when performing his techniques, except in the case of the
Raising Storm, in which he cries out, "RISING STORM!" Would look silly
for a guy to suddenly pull out his gun and shout, "GUN SHOT!" ^_~v

1) (General) Raises a finger to his lips in a gesture of silence, grinning evilly, then he whispers softly, "Sshhh, be silent as you die, please."
2) (Against Acacia) Stands with fist under chin, smiling as he says, "So, you're alive, maybe I can fix that."
3) (Against Volpe, Kay) Stands there, sipping a glass of wine, "A fighter acting like a fool, but don't think that I have underestimated you."
4) (Against Victoria) Sips his glass of wine, and says, "Your beauty is like a rose, highest at the brink of death. I believe your time has come."
5) (Against Vega) Stands there, "A fool with his delusions, by your own beliefs you can never defeat me."
6) (Against Iwa, Kumori) "Interesting, enlighten me."
7) (Against Acimonia) "Another who is misguided, allow me to end your misery."
8) (Against Man Sei) "A fool with too much power, this is too easy."
9) (Against Shadow Dragon) Smiles at him
and says, "I'm gonna make you dance, turkey."
-TAUNT-
Dusts himself off a bit.

1) Places his left fist under his chin, his other arm hanging at the side. He has a pondering look on his face.
2) Adjusts his gloves for a moment, then peers at his opponent sideways and says, "No chance."
