-LOOKS-

Is Chinese but rather tan. Black center parting shoulder length hair in bob style but a little frizzy (think Yuna of FFX-2), blue headband to keep hair from eyes. Sometimes mistaken for being Eurasian. Round face, Dark brown eyes. At 1.5 metres she looks rather unimpressive. One tends to lose her in the crowd if one blinks.
 

-CLOTHES-

Black jeans, dark blue T-shirt underneath Black vest (was a jacket), vest carries the Chinese words "Kuang Mo Long" (Psycho Demon Dragon). And black sneakers. Both hands covered by a greyish-blue half gloves of scale-like material.

-ACCESSORY-
Iwa always carries a 3ft long sword with two dragons's head for its crossguard and a bluish orb on it's pommel, but sword was never really used in a fight (does not see the need - so in BF this sword is more of a decoration).

-PERSONALITY-

Apathetic at times, mysterious, unemotional, cold and usually deadpan (but close friends say otherwise). Prone to long bouts of silence. Thinks more than she speaks. Speaks only when necessary. Known to talk non-stop if she finds a friend with a common interest. Tends to fade into the crowd after a fight. Can't be easily found unless she wants to be found. Very much a loner in a crowd but does not seek true solitude.

There is something about her those brown eyes of hers, depends a lot on her stare which is rather cold that it feels rather threatening to cowardly opponents as it seems to stare right into your soul in search of secrets and weaknesses. Cocky fighters tend to underestimate her. Some can't even stand her silence.

With Ryu and Chun Li, Iwa is partially respectful towards them, partially merciless in terms of teasing. She knows how far she could go.

With Kumori, they both end up arguing for the heck of it. Insults are part and parcel of their friendship. Both are constantly trying to challenge each other.
 

-FIGHTING SKILLS-

A mix of a Pre 3rd Strike Chun Li (so what if I'm a Chun Li clone), a bit of Ryu and something call Kisatsu. (translation: Chi Sha Shu which means Chi Killing Technique, Think Messatu but with Chi instead.), this draws Chi from surrounding and nature which she puts in some of her attacks. More punches related attacks, but has a habit of attacking low because of weird theory she has in her head (That not many ppl guard their legs). Where she lacks Chun Li's grace in attacks she makes up for in power. Where the Kisatsu is concern, speculations (fingers pointed at a certain dictator in red during an experiment) are abound as to when and from whom she had learnt it.

STANCE - Left hand in front, almost claw-like. Right hand in a loose fist close to body. Side stance that has left leg in front of right.
 

-PRE FIGHT ANIMATIONS-

Before fight starts, Iwa is almost always hanging upside down on something ( tree, lamppost, sign, etc).

Against Chun Li or Ryu - Falls off whatever she was hanging on. Leaps up immediately grins and bows with utter respect, slightly nervous yet very happy look on face. Chun Li would smile back, while Ryu scratches his head puzzled but smiles back too.

Against Kumori - Stands in front of Kumori, greets her with a punch and series of slaps and a firm grasp to wrist. They stick tongue out at each other and leaps back to begin fight.

Against Lilly - Gives her a thumbs up hand gesture

Against Kay - Takes out a bun from her bag and offers it to him. "Bao?" she asks.

Against Volpe - Slaps forehead and says "Aiyoh"

Against Vega (Bison) - Vega hovering in air, raises one Psycho Power covered hand and waves across Iwa's face. "Remember your programming." Vega says. Iwa with knees bent and back hunch screams. "I made you what you are!" Vega says with another turn of his hand and Iwa snaps up straight with a red glint in her eyes. Vega laughs as he lands on ground and Iwa panting breathlessly before taking back her normal stance.

Against Others - Vanishes like a ninja from tree and reappears on ground (a trick she learnt), one knee kneeling on ground. Cold eyes staring at opponent as she gets up (almost like Rugal)

Against Funny Fighters - Vanish like ninja from tree and reappears on ground, one knee kneeling on ground. Raises one eyebrow, dead pan face still remains

Against Villains - Vanish like ninja from tree and reappears on ground, one knee kneeling on ground. cold eyes staring at opponent as she gets up. Growls as well.
 

-MOVES-

THROWS - Other then CL's air throw. Her ground throw requires her to pull opponent and shove then far back with one hit of her palm
 

-SPECIAL MOVES- A mixture of moves from both Ryu and Chun Li, some were either kept, dropped or altered.
 

Hyakuretsu Kyaku (Lightning kicks)

Tatsumaki - The Spinning Bird Kick was dropped in favour of the Tatsumaki.

Tensho Kyaku - No Shoryuken to speak of. (even though there is some shoryuken in the super combo)

(The moves here on are taken from comics, some movies and a decent bit of video games)

Cat's Paw - (Close up move).  Highly defensive move, swats opponent's attacks aside. Left hand swats outwards then right then left. Best effect when used with Saigo Ken

Kisatsu Ken - Right arm by side of body, slight quick upward twitch of the shoulder to draw chi into right hand, second twitch brings right arm out towards opponent as if holding a ball and fires a chi projectile with left hand holding her right wrist

Kisatsu Saigo Ken - (Close up move) Right arm by side of body, slight quick upward twitch of the shoulder to draw chi into right hand, second twitch brings right fist out towards opponent's stomach.
 

-SUPER COMBOS-

Shinkuu Tatsumaki
Senretsu Kyaku

Kisatsu Psycho Wave (replaces both Kikoshou and Shinkuu Hadoken even though not much difference)
- Arms outstretch in front of her at shoulder length apart. Hands out almost claw-like facing the ground. Shoulders moves hands backwards as she draws chi and throws palms outwards towards opponent as a large rush of chi follows, medium to high depending on chi level.
 

Note - Keeping in mind that this is 3 levels of the same move

Kisatsu Regression (Level 1) - Hisses, leaps towards opponent and aggressively delivers a slew of punches and kicks. At end of combo flings opponent to other side of the stage.

Kisatsu Dayshoka (Level 2 Regression Rave) - Growls, leaps towards opponent and grabs opponent's neck and slam against the floor repeatedly. Delivers a slew of punches before kicking opponent away.

Kisatsu Demoka (Level 3 Maximum Regression) - Roars as she leaps towards opponent and grabs the neck slamming them repeatedly against whatever standing object (boulder/tree/wall) Then with every punch and kick release a small explosion of chi. At end of punch kick combo Iwa does a Shin Shoryuken opponent. If this is finisher move the Chinese word 'Kuang' (Psycho) appears on her back.
 

-WINS-

Against Kumori - Offers a hand to help her up.

Against Chun Li or Ryu - Squats down beside them.

Against Others - Cracks her knuckles as wolf and squirrel move beside her.

Against people who have earned her respect - Bows.

Against Vega (Bison) - Laughs and says "I am my own lord and master."

Kisatsu Demoka (Level 3 Maximum Regression) Finisher - Laughter that carries a hint of insanity regardless of who she defeats with this move.

Draw - Shrugs
Lose - Wolf and squirrel appears and  nudges her

TAUNT - Fake Kisatsu Ken that carries a small 'pop' of energy, causes as much damage as Chun Li's Gomene. (Do I see a hint of Dan here?)

-BACKGROUND-

Carries one of the Essences of balance manifested its powers when she turned 10. Since then she has been hunted by various organisations, wanting to extract that soul. Was captured once by an unknown organisation, but before they could extract that soul Iwa went became berserk, wiping out all that had surrounded her before escaping again.

Some time later she fell into the hands of Shadowlaw. Lord Vega (M Bison) at this point in time had already had Ryu in his hands. Out of curiosity Vega infused in Iwa both Psycho Power and Satsui no Hado. Amused to find that not only was the girl unscathed by the infusion but her raw strength had increase as well.

On the day he intended to extract Iwa's soul, Chun Li, Ken and Guile had not only broke into his lab freeing Ryu but Chun Li had also freed Iwa as well (for reasons unknown Iwa had grown rather attached to Chun Li). It was around here when Chun Li took Iwa took be her disciple and Ryu sort of adopted her.

Attempts to reintroduce Iwa back into society were unsuccessful due to how she was always pushed around by others. But months later when Iwa saw Chun Li and Ryu in a fight, something seems to connect in her mind causing her to develop an interest in street fighting.

Now she roams around the world in hope of running into either Chun Li or Ryu. Occasionally returning back to her home. Has an affinity with animals. A large brown and white wolf (Brand) and a rust brown squirrel (Maru) usually accompanies her.

It seems the escape was only successful because Lord Vega (Bison) allowed them to escape, as he wants to know how Iwa's powers would develop. So he had people watching her……
 

Creator's notes -
In my Legacy of Blood (LOB) based fics, there is also a character by the name of Iwa Hoshi. LOB Iwa is not Board Fighter (BF) Iwa. BF's Iwa's history, relationships and skills were specially created for for BF. In all words LOB is not a spinoff for BF's Iwa. Although it seems Brand and Maru were taken from LOB.  Anyway if you have read my fics you would have notice that LOB Iwa and BF Iwa contradict each other on certain issues.
LOB Iwa was based on gaming gal me while BF Iwa was based on the  somewhat depressed me during my techincal school days.
