Somewhere at the Grant's Pass mountains in Oregon. Ryu in up in another forest on his way back to California and meet Ken. He decide to exerise his ki summoning. Quietly he cross his legs when he sits down. "Three days of this medicating summon. Is there any better than this, Sensai...?" Ryu thought to himself quietly.

Moments ago across the overseas to Hong Kong. Yang finds a letter mailed to the postman riding a bike. He takes it to his grandfather using his rollerskating techiques far off the streets of HK.

"And now my students, it's time for a sparring match. One can surpass an opponent's class in order to reach the next level of Kung Fu." Gen instructed. His students crowd across the fighting mat in a circle and all sit down and wait for whose to be choosen as the opponent. Gen pick 2 guys and annnouce the sparring to begin. Yang appears after the sparring started.

"Grandfather, there's a letter from Ken Masters. He invites us to come to America and celebrate his 5th US champion title reign," said Yang.

"This is another of Ken's reunite parties. I'm kinda old for this now. But, if Ryu is involve in this party, I shall seek to see what he accomplished on his fighting," said Gen.

"Who will watch the dojo for us? Fei Long making another movie. No word for Chun-li as she have her own dojo,1" said Yang. Gen smile abit about Chun-li's martial arts school of Washu. Then is about to answer Yang's question. "I will close the dojo. I'm sure my students know what they're going to do next when I'm leaving," said Gen. "Now, I'm going to my office. Can you please work on the sparring session with my students?" Yang turns around watching classes sparring and turns back to Gen and nods. Gen went to his office to take a small nap.

Where's Yun?....

Across the alley downtown. Yun p*ssed off 2 big guys for blocking his way while taking a few new skateboarding moves. Later, the two guys attacked him, but didn't succeed. Yun knock both of them out like amateurs. "I'm an expert Kung Fu artist and you shouldn't underismate me. Now beat it, losers!" Yun shouted. The two thugs left and Yun left also. After the 3rd street fighting tournment, Yun has to reget his lost to Ryu in the quarterfinals. He execute his new move which rivals and done the same like Ryu's Shin Shoryuken. He failed on perfecting the move due to his arrogance. He didn't talk about this to his brother while his brother Yang is victorous in the 3rd round elimination against Ibuki, but he lost to Ken in the quarterfinals. He often talks about the victory to Gen and Yun just make excuses about his lost to Ryu. Yun, Yang, and Gen both has the true power...the power of the three dragons. Yun and Yang are both the Blue and Yellow dragon with the power of strenght and speed. Yang protest the power of speed and Yun has the power of strenght. The dragon of strenght and the dragon of speed. Combining their powers made them become a force to consider. Gen is the silent dragon. With both powers of the speed and strength. The silent dragon is quiet and takes no feeling when his opponent is defeated or killed. He has the power of the world's greatest assasin.

To the northern part of the Chinese world. The mandarin side. Chun-li also found the letter given from Ken. Before she head back to her dojo, she thinks about where Ryu is right now. After the 3rd street fighting tournament, she was badly wounded after finding the girl whose missing was now found. But then she also invastigate that Gill's origization was related to Shadowloo ,but in different ambitions. She didn't contact the interpol since she reformed after the collaspe of Shadowloo. Her defeat in the quarterfinals was Akuma. Of course she didn't know Ryu's arch enemy was at the tournament. Soon when Akuma and Chun-li duel...he told Chun-li a secret about Ryu's thoughts on her which made Chun-li even angry and didn't want Akuma to lose someone she mostly love. Ryu's aura around Chun-li heals her spirit after she lost. Li's power..the power of the Strongest Woman in the world. She's the innovator of kicking force. Every kick attack she does is new. The angelic spirit within Chun-li also gives her beauty a natural. "Ryu, I hope you're still alive somewhere. Whatever you're doing, rememeber that you have me." Chun thoughted.

Back in America. Another day pasted as Ryu finally almost there at Ken's place. He met up with Guy. Guy is standing in front of Ryu. "Ryu, I come to challenge you on a rematch from the Alpha tournament. Shall you accept before you head to Ken's party?" said Guy.

Ryu notes something about Guy's honor of the code of bushido. Guy's rematch against him isn't about bushin honor. They became great friends now. "Sure. I accept." Ryu answered
