Conspiracy Ch. 8

The group is waiting outside the entrance to secret base. They're doing the final check before they strike inside the base. Chun Li wears her blue and gold fighting uniform, she brings a nine millimeters Beretta and three full clips, a blank computer CD and two time bombs. Her partner, Ryu, wears his usual white sleeveless gi, red headband and a pair of wrist protectors.

Han Lung and Tommy Krauss, the other two agents from Interpol, wear all black outfits and each has two Berettas plus four full clips, a Scorpion plus three full clips and three grenades. Han Lung also carries a backpack containing a blank CD and time bombs.

Jill wears her lucky beret hat, blue shirt, black jeans, a pair of leather fingerless gloves and a pair of combat boots. She carries two Berettas plus eight full clips, one six rounds Colt Python plus five clips, one Benelli M1 shotgun plus two boxes of bullets. Natalie wears an all black shirt, leather jacket, leather gloves, jeans and a pair of combat boots. Her hair is tied in ponytail style. Ryu Dragon wears his white gi, red headband with a word of 'Dragon' stitched on the center of the headband (the headband was a gift from Rogue) and a pair of fingerless black and red gloves, he also carries two time bombs and a blank CD.

After makes sure that all the weapons and bombs are okay, they open the door. Tommy and Han Lung cover them and look if there are enemies around. Then, they're in. Walking along the corridor carefully, they didn't know that a hidden security camera is aimed on them, following wherever they went. Reaching the end of the corridor, they found another three corridors just like in the map that were given by Trent, the mysterious man.

"Okay, here it is. We spread out now and be back in… an hour ?" – Chun Li.

"An hour is enough." – Tommy.

"Good, make sure to contact each other if you run into troubles, okay." – Chun Li.

"Okay. Don't worry." – Jill.

"Alright, good luck then." – Tommy.

Waving to each other, they separate. Ryu and Chun Li take the left corridor, Han Lung and Tommy take the center corridor and Jill, Natalie and Ryu Dragon go to the right corridor.

Ryu and Chun Li have walked for about a hundred meters, they've checked about eight rooms but found nothing useful. They've knocked down about twelve guards and Chun Li took their weapons, a Scorpion plus some clips. They kept walking until they found two corridors, checking the map, Chun Li decides to check on the left corridor first, because its shorter and they can get back any time to check on the other corridor. While checking the rooms on the left corridor, they found a room filled with weapons. They set a time bomb in the room and then get out again to check on the other corridor, because the room is on the end of the corridor.

The right corridor is a bit dark and cold. On the map, Chun Li saw a room that is very big, about four times the weapon room, she decides to check on the room first, hoping that the room has something useful. They went into the huge room, and it is very big, its as big as the size of two soccer fields, the floor is covered with sand, and there are some fake boulders in the room. The two fighters enter the room carefully, looking for any sign of enemies, didn't find any, they scan around the room when suddenly the door is closed and they're locked up. They tried to bang and shooting on the door, but the door is so hard that their efforts have no effect. They turn to see if there is any other way to escape, they walk to the center of the room and suddenly a familiar voice is heard.

"Welcome to the test room, my honored guest." – man's voice.

"Bison !! Where are you ? Come out if you dare." – Chun Li.

"Ah, Miss Xiang, I see that you haven't forget about me. How's your father ?" – Bison chuckles.

Chun Li feels her rage almost blown her head. She clenches her fist. "You bas****, come out if you dare to fight me, Bison."

"Still hot tempered as usual." – Bison chuckles again. "But if I do that, then you won't have a chance to meet my new pets."

"Pets ? What pets ?" – Chun Li. She feels Ryu pokes her shoulder and turns around, her eyes grew wider as she saw a huge snake, bigger than Anaconda, its about fifteen feet long and three feet wide. The skin is dark green and its eyes are red like fire. A kind of liquid drips from its vicious looking fangs. The giant snake moves slowly toward the two fighters.

"Holy **** what are they ? How come they're not dead ?" – Tommy. He's firing his Beretta at four guards that are coming toward him and Han Lung, firing their weapons, M16. Some of the bullets already hit the guards, but they still kept coming like they feel nothing at all.

"They must be the thing that Jill explains. The undead soldiers." – Han Lung. "Shoot their head, Tommy !!"

Both agents then change their aims from body to head. Shooting at the guard weaknesses, it doesn't take long for both agents to bring down the guards, each guard can only take three shots at the head and then down they go. After finishing the guards and taking the weapons and clips, Han Lung and Tommy proceed their way.

After taking down another four undead guards, they found a room with lots of computers, being the computer experts Han Lung searches through the computer and network, while Tommy is guarding inside the room. After he managed to get into the base network, Han Lung uses some of the codes given by Trent to break through some passwords, then he found what they wanted. He quickly downloads the information to the disk and then turns the computer off after putting the disk into the backpack. Then, they set the time bombs in the room then quickly get out from the room. Han Lung then tries to contact his other teammates.

"Alpha two to Alpha one, this is Han Lung." – Han Lung. He waits for a moment but doesn't receive any answers. He tries for a couple of times, but still doesn't get any answer. He tries to contact the other team, Alpha three. "Alpha two to Alpha three, answer me."

A sound of gunshots is heard from the communicator. "This is Alpha three. What is it Alpha two ?" – Jill.

"Jill ? What's happening there ? Are you okay ?" – Han Lung.

"We're kinda stuck in here, if you can come and help it will be great." – Jill.

"Okay, we're coming. Over and out." – Han Lung. He turns off the communicator. "Tommy, Alpha three is in trouble, you go there and help them."

"What about you ?" – Tommy.

"Our part is done, I'll try to look for Alpha one. See if I can help them." – Han Lung.

"Alright then, let's go." – Tommy.

Jill, Natalie and Ryu Dragon are in deep trouble now. While they're searching through the corridor, they were attacked by three groups of undead guards, about twelve of them. They don't get a chance to shoot back at the enemies. All that they can do is hide behind a wooden shelf that barely holds on now.

"Crap, what should we do now ?" – Natalie.

"D*mn, I should've brought a grenade or two." – Jill.

"No use pouting, right now we need a plan to counter back." – RD.

"You think I don't know ?! But with all their g*dd*mn ammo, we'll never get a chance." – Jill.

"I've got an idea, listen…" – RD.

"Sounds good, but also dangerous, are you sure ?" – Natalie.

"No, but its better than nothing, or you have better plan ?" – RD.

"No." – Natalie.

"Then we'll do it your way, Dragon." – Jill.

"Okay, here goes nothing. On my count, 1, 2, 3, jump !!" – RD.

The three fighters jump a bit while Ryu Dragon releases a thunder wave ball to the floor. Because the floor is made of metal, its becomes a good conductor for the electric power. The electric power runs through the floor and hits the undead guards, stunning them. While the undead guards stun, Jill and Natalie fire to the guards, Jill using her shotgun, and Natalie using her Fire From Heaven technique. Six of the guards down, and the other six were still stunned from Ryu Dragon's attack. The three fighters quickly come out from the hiding and attack the rest of the guards.

"Phew. I never thought we'll find zombies using guns." – RD, after they take down all the guards.

"Obviously you didn't pay attention while briefing in Seattle." – Jill smirks.

"Ah well, I do pay attention, probably just forgot about this thing." – RD.

"C'mon quit the chatter, we've got lots of things to do." – Natalie.

They proceed their search through the rooms around the corridor. They finally found a computer in a room. The room is a bit odd though, it is made of steel and there is only a computer on a desk and a chair, no lights except from the table lamp, and there is no ventilation. All sides of the room, walls, floor, and ceiling are covered by thick and solid metal.

"A bit odd isn't it ?" – Natalie.

"Well, the people here are crazy anyway, I'm not so surprise with this room." – Jill.

"Maybe it's a trap room ?" – Natalie scans around the room.

"I don't think so. Anyway, there is a computer, I'll try to find some info." – Jill. They walk into the room.

Suddenly the door is closed and locked automatically, a hissing sound is heard from the ceiling.

"Gas !!!" – RD. They quickly go to the door and try to open it, but the door won't even budge. They try shooting and banging the door but nothing happened.

"We're trapped !!" – Jill.

"No !! Jill, Natalie, channel your powers to me, I'll try to break through the door." – RD.

The two female fighters quickly put their palms on Ryu Dragon's back and channel their power to him. Ryu Dragon felt the incredible power coming, he combines the power with his own power and the Earth elemental power, making his fist is harder than metal. He concentrates the power into his right hand and punches the door. The combination of three powers and the Earth elemental power is so devastating that it blows the metal door, creating a big hole on the wall. The three fighters quickly get out from the room.

Coughing and feeling dizzy from the effect of gas, they walk blindly on the corridor looking for a safe room for rest. Suddenly, Ryu Dragon heard a loud sound of steps coming from behind them, he quickly opens the closest room and push the other two fighters in then shuts the door. He walks toward where the sound of steps coming, readying himself to take on the enemies. But not far from the trap room, he collapses and falls into darkness, doesn't get a chance to see a dark figure and four normal human guards coming.
