On the next morning…

Chun Li wakes up around 8 a.m. She quickly gets up and goes to the bathroom to take shower. Before she takes shower, she checks all around the bathroom to make sure that Ryu isn’t somewhere ready to peek at her. She feels relief when she didn’t find Ryu anywhere in the bathroom. As she about to takes her clothes off, she felt someone watching at her, looking up, she sees Ryu sticks on the ceiling like a giant spider with a big grin pasted on his face (Chun Li sweatdrops). She grabs the shower hose, aims at Ryu and turns the hot water to full blast… Ouch.

After having breakfast, they go to Ryu’s place to move his things to Chun Li’s place. Lucky for them that Ryu doesn’t have too much things to move, only some clothes, guns, some personal things and a big box which Ryu won’t explain what’s inside (take a guess).

After finish unpacking (excluding the mystery box), they go for lunch. Then, after finish lunch, Chun Li checks her mailbox to see if there is any letter or job came. After that, they go to the station to check on the station message board. Ryu usually checks on the message board to see if there is a request for his service, that way, his identity as a detective will remain save before meeting client.

“Hey, Ryu, there are two jobs for us.” – Chun Li pointing at two writings with a code ‘RHS’ in front of each writings.

“Hmm… This one looks like from a man. Nah, I don’t want.” – Ryu.

“What !? Why ?” – Chun Li.

“Simple, because I only want female clients.” – Ryu grins. (Chun Li stumbles in comical way).

“This one looks like from a woman, I’ll take this one.” – Ryu, He writes the second request in his little notebook and then wipes the two requests. “Hey Chun Li, come on, we got a job to do.”

Following Ryu, she mumbles “Why there was no female applied for my partner. Sigh.” (Writer and Ryu grin evilly).

They made appointment with their client using public phone just to be safe. They promised to meet on a bar in downtown at night. That night, around 7 p.m, Ryu and Chun Li went into the bar, they look around to see if their client has come. Didn’t see their client anywhere, they go to a table on the corner of the bar to wait for their client. After waiting for a half-hour, they see a beautiful woman entering the bar; the woman wears a red nightgown, a yellow scarf and a pair of red high-heel shoes. Scanning around the bar, her eyes meet the two detectives on the corner, then she walks toward them. She stops in front of them and extends her hands out to Ryu.

“Good evening Mr. Ryu, sorry I’m late. My name is Maki (Ha ! bet you guys and gals guess wrong ^-^).” – the woman.

Ryu quickly stand up and shook her hand “Hi, my name is Ryu, I’m 20 years old, are you single or…” (Ryu couldn’t finishes his sentence and you know why).

After whacked Ryu on head, Chun Li greets Maki “Hi, I’m Chun Li, Ryu’s partner, you can call me Chun Li. Please sit down, Miss Maki.”

Still shocked from what happened (Writer: Not everyday you see someone got whacked with a big hammer on the head, you know), Maki couldn’t say a word. She smiles and sits down.

After Maki orders her drink, they start to talk for business. “Well, Miss Maki..” – Chun Li.

“Just call me Maki please.” – Maki.

“Alright, well, Maki, you seek for our help, so what can we do for you ?” – Chun Li.

Maki looks at her glass, her expression is sad. “I… I need your help to look for my brother. He was kidnapped few days ago.”

“Your brother is kidnapped ? Please tell us what happened.” – Chun Li.

Taking a deep breath, she starts to explain “We, my elder brother and I came from a Bushin ninja family, we grew up together and learn the art of Bushin. We live on a village outside Tokyo. My brother is very talented that he inherits the art from our father. But our family has a feud with another ninja family called ‘Yoka’, long time ago, and it’s still going on until now. Each generation in our family and the Yoka family always have a fight to see who is better, our family usually ends up being the winner. Then, a few days ago, the big fight was on. I couldn’t attend the fight because I was doing something important, but from what I heard, my brother, Guy, won the fight against the ninja from Yoka family. He supposed to be back at home after that day, but he didn’t. At first, I thought he went to his friend’s place, but when I contact his friends, they said they don’t know where he is. Then, three days later there was a letter came. This is the letter.” Maki takes out a letter from her purse, puts it on the table and pushes the letter toward Ryu and Chun Li.

They took the letter and read the contents. After finish reading the letter, Ryu puts the letter on the table and asks Maki “So, they want you to marry their son. But why ? I thought if your family and the Yoka family had a feud, they wouldn’t allow anyone from their family to marry anyone from your family.”

“They only want to insult our family, if we agree with the wedding, it will seems that our family do kowtow to them.” – Maki.

“I see, but what about your family ? I mean, why don’t your family send some people to help Guy ?” – Chun Li.

“We can’t, in our family, Guy is the strongest ninja. The rest of us, are not strong enough to help Guy out. Beside, Yoka family also employs some assassins to be their bodyguards.” – Maki starts to cry.

“I see.” – Ryu stands up and walks to Maki’s side. “Don’t cry Maki, we will help to free your brother.”

“You will, Ryu ?” – Maki.

“Yeah, sure, why not ? I can’t stand to see a pretty girl like you crying.” – Ryu smiles.

“Oh. Thank you, Ryu.” – Maki stands up and hugs Ryu.

“Oh, sure, sure.” – Ryu hugs back with a big playboy grin. Feeling Maki’s breasts on his chest, his ‘little brother’ starts to wakes up.

“Ahem… “ – Chun Li holding a big hammer. (Ryu sweatdrops and releases his hug).

“Umm. Okay, let’s continue our talk.” – Ryu.

“Maki, can you give us some information, like where they held Guy, and how many guards they have ?” – Chun Li.

“Well, we don’t know for sure, but there are at least 10 assassins on the house. They must have held Guy in the basement, where they kept their prisoners.” – Maki.

“Hmm… it’s okay, I want to check the place myself anyway. We will go to your place tomorrow, Maki.” – Ryu.

“Yes.” – Maki nods.

“And as for tonight, you better stay with us.” – Ryu.

“Why ?” – Maki.

“I assume you don’t know that you were bugged.” – Ryu showing a small electronic device.

“What !? What is that ?” – Maki.

“It’s a bug, I think it’s used to detect where you are. So for your own safety, you better stay with us tonight.” – Ryu. (Chun Li looks at Ryu with amazement expression).
