A WEEK LATER

The group was now in the forests of China. Ryu was followong them and from day to day he got stronger and felt better. He still wasn't near 100 percent but was capabale of protecting himself if needed.

Then the group saw a cave. "This is it" Kyo said They all approached the cave. Then all of a sudden a blast of energy hit them. The next second they were surrounded by forcefield of red energy.

"Greetings Mortals" A deep voice spoke. A tall white haired man stepped out of the cave. "I must say I'm disappointed, I expected you two days ago" Oruchi mocked.

"Let us go you coward" Iori yelled Oruchi laughed "Foolish mortals you fell right into my trap. And whats funnier is that you made it all possible. If you hadn't left Ryu back in China He would of felt the trap's aura a mile from here.

Ryu was watching from behind a large boulder. "Thing don't look good" He shook his head at the thought.

Oruchi continued "The best part is that I eliminated both Bison and Akuma in one strike thanks to your little friend. And I also humiliated that poor excuse for a demon Akuma."

"Is that so Oruchi?" Akuma voice boomed. Oruchi's smile was wiped off his face. "Akuma, Where are you?. Come out and fight"

Akuma came out of the shadows. "I want to introduce you to my new partner. Come out Ryu"

Evil Ryu came behind him Oruchi gulped "I thought you were rivals" Evil Ryu laughed "In the past we were but we've been able to put down are disagreements for one common goal."

Oruchi smiled "And it is?" They both shouted "Your destruction!!!!"

Oruchi entered stance "You want a piece of me, well come and get it I'll rip both of you apart" Then he lunged at them.

The two Shoto demons entered stance. Then Oruchi swung at E.Ryu. E.Ryu blocked and Akuma kicked at Oruchi's ribs. When the kick connected a jolt of power hurled Akuma backwards.

Akuma got up and saw E.Ryu and Oruchi exchanging blows. He lept at Oruchi and yelled "Tenma Kuujinkyaku" and sailed downwards. Oruchi's eyes glew in white for a moment and he raised his left hands. Akuma was hurled backwards when his extended foot hit a white energy field.

Akuma growled in anger.

E.Ryu took advantage and spun into a hurricane kick. Oruchi was nailed by the kicks but didn't fall. "Fools no one can stop me" he screamed

Oruchi then punched at Evil Ryu. Evil Ryu blocked but was hurled back 3 feet by the strength of the punch.E.Ryu gathered his Chi "Messatsu Gou Hadou" he yelled. Oruchi was hit and flung backwards.

Akuma took advantage and lept in the air surrounded by red Chi and yelled "Tenma Gou Zankuu" the red fireball hit Oruchi before he could get to his feet.

Then E.Ryu ran towards Oruchi and screamed "Messatsu Gou Shoryuken" The move hit Oruchi hard. But Oruchi got up and he grabbed E.Ryu as he descended from the final of three Dragon punches.Oruchi started punching E.Ryu violently. a minute later he hit the back of E.Ryu's neck. E.Ryu slumped to the ground an uncontious bloody mess.

Akuma got up and saw his Partner fall uncontious. "This isn't good he has gained too much power" Akuma gathered His Chi and yelled "Shun Goku Satsu" he then sailed toward Oruchi.

Oruchi then sidestepped and with a sweep kick hit Akuma's right knee. A loud cracking sound was heard and Akuma growled in pain. Akuma fell to the ground.

Oruchi grabbed his neck and lifted him up. Then he slashed Akuma's chest with his bare fingers. Oruchi licked the blood. "You have good powerful blood ,Demon. It will serve me well"

Ryu was still behind the boulder. "I must help beat Oruchi, But I can't fight like this he'll kill me in an instant"

Ryu then thought of a solution. He remembered reading one of Gouken's scrolls before his Sensai dies.

He looked at the ground and felt nature's energy flowing threw it and closed his eyes. This technique was normally too risky Gouken told him. He was about to gather Chi straight from the source. The energy would heal him or destroy him. It depends on his luck on picking a spot.

If he picked a spot with too much energy the Chi's fluxiating power would destroy his body.

"I hope Master Gouken's scroll was accurate. Oh nevermind ,I must take the chance" He put his hands on the ground and concentrated.

He let his own Chi flow threw the ground until he connected to a flow of Chi.He began to make his Chi drag the Chi from the ground.

The ground started to shake lightly. He closed his eyes and sweat appeared on his forehead from the intense pressure of the chi.

He needed complete concentration to control nature's pure violent power."This is it the technique Sensai last taught me. I hope it works like his others did".

He felt heat starting to crawl up his palms. Then it crept into his chest and feet. The energy was warm and calm. Then the rumbling became violent. Ryu's concentrated harder trying desperatly to control the burst of energy.

Ryu felt like he was being burned from within. The warm energy then became burning hot it gushed like violent waves. Ryu clenched his teeth fighting the Chi, trying to control it.

Ryu thought of his friends and Chun li at the grasps of Oruchi and fought with all he had. Two minutes it stopped. Ryu fell to the ground in exhaustion.

He fell on his chest and felt no pain. "He opened his eyes. and smiled his body was healed. But his gi top and half his gi shorts were burned.

He rose to his feet. "It's time to fight" He said in determination.

Meanwhile Akuma was being decemated by Oruchi. Oruchi had slashed his chest broken his right knee and was now holding him by the neck.

"You should have killed me when you had the chance. But I knew that at the mentioning of Ryu you would ignore all danger. Know I an the stronger one wretch"

Akuma growled and started to be covered with Red Chi. He turned to Shin Akuma. He then kicked Oruchi backwards. "Fool, Never underestimate my wrath"

Akuma lunged at Oruchi and hit him with a Messatsu Gou Shoryuken. Oruchi was hit and when Shin Akuma gathered his Chi Oruchi disappeared. Then Shin Akuma felt Chi being gathered behind him. Oruchi shot a blast of white lightning that was 5 feet wide.

Shin Akuma was hurled and slammed into a tree. The impact caused Akuma to fall uncontious.

Oruchi growled "Losers now no one will dare defy my power" He raised his hands and started laughing.

MEANWHILE

Ryu approached the fallen E.Ryu and touched his forehead.Ryu gave some of his Chi to his "soul brother". E.Ryu awoke from the power and saw Ryu.

He quickly tried to punch but Ryu grabbed his hand. "Listen to me, We must fight together its the only chance we have to win" E.Ryu nodded "Just this once I'll work with you, Dragon"

Ryu helped E.Ryu up. They both entered stance.

Oruchi finished laughing. He was a little tired since Akuma and E.Ryu did hit him with some powerful moves.

He turned around and saw both Ryus. "Well,well,well I was wondering when you would show up dragon. I guess you just saved me the hunting after you"

Ryu spoke silently "The outcome of the battle isn't decided until the final blow is landed demon. Your arrogance shall be your defeat"

The group in the forcefield that saw everything was surprised. "How did he get here?" Ken asked Chun li was angry "He followed us, When I get my hands on him I'm gonna..."

Guy calmed her down "Look at him a minute, his body is healed. He must of come to help us. You can't blame him."

Kyo told her "Your lucky you got a mate that cares for you so much. I wish I had someone"

Chun li understood the truth in these words and then prayed Ryu would win. Then she gasped "Look guys"

They all saw Ryu wake E.Ryu and were dumbfolded. "I hope he knows what he is doing" Dan said.

MEANWHILE ON THE BATTLEFIELD.

Oruchi lunged at Ryu. Ryu held his ground. Oruchi slashed at Ryu. Ryu ducked and rolled to the left. E.Ryu meanwhile shot a Gou Hadou at Oruchi.

Oruchi dodged and turned to face E.Ryu. He saw the latter was gone. He sensed power building at his left.so he shot a fireball towards E.Ryu that just returned from his teleportation.

E.Ryu went wide eyes. Then a blue Hadouken negated the fireball. Ryu yelled "Teamwork is the Key"

E.Ryu nodded and jumped high. "Tenma Kuujinkyaku" He sailed downwards. Oruchi prepared to uppercut the descending E.Ryu. When he was nailed by a kick from behind.

Due to the split second of distraction E.Ryu's kick landed on Oruchi's chest.

Oruchi ignored the kick and spun to kick Ryu. Ryu ducked and gathered his Chi "Shinkuu.......Tatsumakisimpuukayku" He spun around sucking Oruchi into the barrage of kicks.

Oruchi was hit but he recovered and kicked Ryu's side. Ryu blocked but was nailed by the sudden spin roundhouse Oruchi then executed.

E.Ryu meanwhile ran towards Oruchi. He jumped high and landed a kick on Oruchi's head. Oruchi turned around and nailed E.Ryu with a bonecrushing backfist.

Ryu saw Oruchi was distracted so he swept Oruchi's feet and took his distance. Oruchi fell and got up quickly. "D*mn them,They're to quick for me. I'll just have to slow them down."

Oruchi slammed his fist on the ground and the ground shook wildly. Ryu and E.Ryu fell down from the sudden quake.

Oruchi lunged forward and caught them both by the neck.He started spinning in place rapidly. Then he let go of both of them. The momentum sent them both crashing to the ground,

Ryu got up slowly and saw E.Ryu do the same. Ryu waited for Oruchi. Oruchi now jumped planning to stomp Ryu. Ryu gathered his chi. He teleported out of the way. Oruchi spinned to nail him but Ryu ducked and hit him with the Shoryuken.

Oruchi flipped in the air and stomped a waiting E.Ryu. E.Ryu fell under Oruchi's weight.

Oruchi then continued to approach Ryu. Ryu sidestepped Oruchi's lunge then he kicked Oruchi's ribs. Then he kicked his face and finally he gathered his Chi "DENJIN...HADOUKEN" Ryu yelled and Oruchi was hit hard.

Oruchi got up slowly he was getting weaker. The combined skill and power was too much for even him. E.Ryu took advantage of Oruchi stop and started to Combo Oruchi.

He punched him twice, kicked his abdomen flipped backwards nailed a Tenma kujinnkyaku and then nailed Oruchi with a jarring Shoryuken.

Oruchi shook his head as he slowly got up. He was dizzy and very weak

Ryu decided to finish this. He waited for Oruchi to come closer.

"Shin..." he whispered when Oruchi punched Ryu ducked and hit him with the full force of the True rising dragon punch.

Oruchi slumpted to the ground and heard somthing he feared. "SHUN GOKU SATSU" E.Ryu shouted and attacked Oruchi.

Oruchi quickly teleported with the last of his power. He was bleeding from his chest. And was slowly weakening from bloodloss and the barrage of hits he suffered.

He Then heard a disturbing Shout. He knew it was over and bowed his head in disgrace."Fools I'll be back, One day mankind shall fall" He yelled

Ryu cupped his hands and so did E.Ryu. "SHINKUU...." Ryu yelled. "MESSATSU....." E.Ryu yelled. Then both fighters yelled similtaniously "HADOUKEN!!!!!!!"

The two big fireballs blue and red linked into one huge purple Chi projectile. The purple chi hit Oruchi it slammed him into the caves side. He was burned and like a purple human torch. Then his screams died when his chi left the area.

Oruchi once again was vanquished. The forcefield disappeared and the group ran towards both Ryus.

Ryu turned around towards E.Ryu "Good work E.Ryu we make quite a team". E.Ryu looked at Ryu his face full of anger

"Don't think this is over, just because I helped you doesn't mean I'm your friend. Remember that well soul brother next time we meet I shall defeat you"

E.Ryu then picked up the uncontious Akuma and teleported out of the scene.
