Street War Ch. 1

TOKYO JAPAN

Ryu was walking in Tokyo looking for a present for Chun li. They had been together for two months now. Ryu had to leave a week after leaving the hospital he told Chun li he couldn't settle down until both Bison and Akuma were either behind bars or twenty feet under ground.So he wanted to get her present before he went to visit her in a week.

He searched many shops and at last found a jewelry shop named "Heart of gold" and entered. He scanned the shop and saw a beautiful necklace of gold with a heart shaped pendant mad e of roses. He went to pick it up take it to the counter and just at the same time another guy tried to pick it up.

"Hey I saw it first" A voice said in american accented Japanese Ryu shook his head "I apologize sir but I really need this for a special someone".

The man had long blond hair and blue eys. plus he was well-built defently a fighter. The man shook his head "So do I" they started to argue quietly but failed to reach an agreemant. Another two guys walked up to Ryu."Listen wise guy we don't want to argue with you for it so please find something else" another blond man said.

The two blond men were so similar it was obvious they were brothers.

Ryu wasn't giving up it was the only perfect piece of jewelery he saw in the last ten hours he had been searching.

Usually he would have givin up but this time it wasn't about him it was about a present for the woman he loved.

"Lets settle this outside wise guy" The first blond guy said. Ryu nodded "Do you truly wish to fight over a necklace?" Ryu asked. The blond man face turned red. "I'll teach you to mock my honour.Ryu went outside to prepare for a fight.

The three went into the bathroom to change into fighting gear. Ryu was already in his gi so he only put on his fighting gloves. He tightened his belt and waited.

"Why do I get myself into these messes?" Ryu sighed. But inside he was full of anticpation because ever since his near death two months ago he hadn't had a good fight.

A minute later the three stepped outside. The first blond guy was wearing a white sleavless gi with black symbols a red belt and fighting gloves. The second blond guy was wearing a red jacket and hat and torn blue jeans. The third was an asain man wearing a Mui Thai uniform and a white bandanad with a red dot in the middle like the flag of Japan..

"my name is Andy Boggard and this is my brother Terry" the first blond guy pointed at himself and then at his brother "And over there is Joe Higashi" He pointed at an asian man in Mui Thai uniform

Ryu asked coldly "Which one of you must I fight?" Just then a beautiful Asian women dressed in reaveling red clothes hugged Andy. "Where have you been Honey?" she asked sweetly

Andy sighed and pointed at Ryu. "I was going to buy you a gift But Wise guy wanted it too. He wouldn't give up and I wouldn't either, so Mai I'll take care of him and get you your gift.

She looked at him "Your fighting for me ,thats so romantic Andy, Give him a punch for me" she said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Andy stood in front of Ryu. "So whats your name Wise guy?". Andy asked Ryu answered "My name is Ryu" Terry stood between them "Wait a minute Ryu I want some friends of ours to see the fight could you wait for a few hours?".

Ryu thought it over "I shall respect your wishes . Meet me here in five hours" Ryu turned and left. Ryu ate and meditated."I hope they don't buy that necklace while I'm gone". He thought to himself. He then started to think of Chun li. How he missed her sweet voice and beautiful face. "I'm fighting for you Chun this gift is to symbol my love to you and no one is going to stop me from giving it to you" He promised himself

four and a half hours later

Ryu was waiting patiently.he was surrounded by a huge crowd waiting to see a good street fight. A few minutes later Andy arrived behind him was Mai,Terry,Joe and two men. One was wearing a black short jacket, black pants, and a white shirt and had a white head band under his shoulder long brown hair.

The other was wearing a red pants and a tuxido but the white shirt was out of his pants and the sleeves were torn and he had wild red hair like that of evil Ryu. Terry talked to both of them. "Kyo, Iori . please for once don't get in a fight and just watch it". They both looked at eachother hate apparent in their eyes and they nodded.

Andy and Ryu stood before eachother and bowed Andy whispered "Ready to be beaten Wise guy" Ryu remained silent and focused himself on the fight.

"What an arrogant young man ,I shall have to teach him to respect his opponent the hard way"

Ryu entered his stance so did Andy A man from the crowd came to be a referee.

"READY...FIGHT!!"

Andy ran toward Ryu and kicked at his head. Ryu dodged the kick and blocked the follow up backfist. Andy tried to roundhouse Ryu but again was blocked.Andy continued and tried to punch and kick Ryu with his combo but failed to hit him even once.

"Whats the matter with you? Attack already you chicken" Andy yelled and the crowd laughed. Kyo and Iori looked at eachother and shook their heads from what they had just seen this guy was good and Andy was headed for a painful defeat.

Andy tried to roundhouse again but this time Ryu ducked under the kick and yelled "Tatsumakisimpukayku" He slammed into Andy with the powerful hurricane kicks. The crowd cheered. Andy got up and tried to attack again he found out Ryu's defense was flawless. And his patience and skill backed him up. Ryu hadn't struck Andy too much yet because he was studying his style finding weaknesses.

Andy gathered energy into his palms and shot a blast of electricity that hit Ryu's chest. Ryu fell back and rolled to his feet but was hit by an elbow hit from andy that was followed by purple shadows he was then hit by a vicious roundhouse and then by a combo of punches.

Ryu gathered his own Chi he jumped back gaining some distance and cupped his palms. blue energy began to gather. "Shinkuu....Hadouken" He yelled after holding his Chi. Andy was running towards Ryu thinking he could hit Ryu before he realesed the Chi blast. as he was hit by the huge Chi Projectile.He was hit by the blast about a feet distance from Ryu.

The crowd gasped and Andy was picked off his feet and hurled 10 feet backwards his Gi burning He lay still and then rolled on the ground to put out the flames and got up slowly."I ain't down yet Wise guy" He then rushed at Ryu again and tried his combo but Ryu knew his weaknesses and blocked his moves and then entered his own combo. five Punches, two kicks, a knee to the stomach, a axe kick. a high kick, a vicious roundhouse kick and he finished it with a high Shoryuken. Andy fell on his back.

His brother yelled "Andy stop it you'll get yourself injured. Andy got up and stared at Ryu. and then lunged at him his sight was hazzy and he was dizzy.It was a wild desparation lunge

Ryu easily sidestepped the lunge and decided to end this fight now. He gathered Chi his body glowing in blue. "Shinkuu....Tatsumakisimpukayku" He spinned in his place floating in the air . Andy was pulled into the move and hit by Ryu's foot sixteen times in 4 seconds.

The last kick sent him flying and he hit the ground uncontious . The crowd was quiet. Terry,Mai,Joe,Kyo and Iori were wide eyed. after Ryu's move that defied gravity completly.

The referee yelled "Ryu wins" The crowd cheered and he was given an envelope with money. He walked up to Terry and gave him the envelope.

" Give this to your brother,he deserves it. Tell him to buy his Wife something better than that necklace with this money. and tell him if he wants to become a true warrior he mustn't underestimate his foe".

Terry nodded and Ryu entered the store bought the necklace and left the place via a side alley.

Iori and Kyo walked up to Terry Mai and Joe. "Is he gonna b O.K" Kyo asked. Terry nodded "Its his Ego that will be hurt".

Iori said quietly "You shouldn't have set up that fight Terry" Terry looked at him questionatly "And why not Iori?"

"I've heard of that man he is Ryu the undefeated Street fighter champion and proclaimed by many as the strongest warrior in the world" Iori said quietly.

They all looked at him angrily "Why didn't you say that earlier ya stupid bum" Mai yelled at him

"Iori shrugged nobody asked me" They all sighed.

THAILAND

A ABANDONED WAREHOUSE

Bison sat near a table. Beside him Akuma and before them sat Oruchi

Oruchi spoke "I need fighting power to gain strength you both know fighters of great skill. I want you to send invitations to a tournament I'm holding.I'll call it The street war tournament

It will declare whom is the best warrior in the world. I want to see which warriors are better street fighters of KOF warriors. The winner shall get 3 million dollars and a chance to fight me.

You Bison shall take statistics on your computer and will be in charge of finance, Akuma you shall be the fight for the first semi finalist and my friend here he points to his left showing Geese Howard. shall be the second semi-finalist's battle.

Once the Semi finals are over you two shall be granted your wish And I shall take the nightmares away.

Bison and Akuma looked at eachother and Bison asked "And until the semi-finals we still have to endure these nightmares"

Oruchi rubbed his chin. I can take the dreams away now If you both bow before me and kiss my feet.And then I'll give you a normal invitation to the tornament.

Akuma shook his head "I rather have nightmares for the rest of my life than kiss your feat Oruchi. I'll see you before the semi-final's Oruchi". Bison left with him without saying a word.

Oruchi rubbed his hands in anticipation. "When the tournament will end I'll have So much fighting power I'll be unstoppable" He laughed loudly.
