They both stood waiting their standing ready for about 2 minutes. Kain grinned "Well whats wrong son afraid of your old man"

Shadowbane eyes glowed bright he clenched his teeth and focused energy into a bolt of fire. He shot it at Kain "I told you Don't call me son you b*st*rd"

Kain swatted the firebolt as if it were a fly. "Tsk tsk you need to learn to control your temper thats what killed your siblings after all"

Shadowbane lunged forward. He kicked at Kain's head. Kain blocked and punched. Shadowbane dodjed and punched. Kain was hit in the chest. Kain staggered back from the strength. He motioned with his hand and a telekenetic force flung Shadowbane backwards.

Shadowbane crashed into a tree. It shattered. Kain lunged forward with a punch covered with purple energy. Shadowbane swatted it and tried to sweep Kain's feet. Kain jumped and choped Shadowbane.

Shadowbane fell from the force. Kain tried to stomp on his back. Shadowbane eyes glowed in white. When Kain stomped he was jolted by lightning.

Kain was catapulted backwards. He flipped and landed on his feet. Shadowbane rose to his feet.

"Impressive you are quite adept in the arts of magic. I'm proud of you" Kain said.

Shadowbane stompted his foot. The ground cracked "I want to know one thing kain. If you are my father why did you make me suffer?"

Kain laughed as he approached Shadowbane. "Simple Child. To be like me you must suffer like me. Lose everything be haunted and hated. You are but a pawn in my master plan"

Shadowbane attacked with his claws. Kain dodjed and kicked. Shadowbane quickly spun and nailed Kain with a roundhouse.

"I'm no pawn Kain. Soon you shall die at my hands and see that"

Kain shook his head "False promises from a failure" Kain attacked again this time his eyes glew in voilet. Shadowbane blocked and was jolted by lightning. He backed away as Kain continued his onslaught. Punch after punch and kick after kick.

Shadowbane fell to the ground. He was panting bleeding and bruised all over and now too weak to stand. Kain came closer. He spat on Shadowbane's face.

"And to think I thought you had potential your nothing. Your nothing but a failure. You failed to protect your family. You failed to stay loyal to your kin. And now You'll fail to protect the mortal realm.

No wonder I had to brainwash that wench wife of yours to love you. I f she knew who you were she would be disquisted."

Shadowbane had had enough. He gathered his strength and rose with an uppercut. "you will pay even If I die taking you with me" He approached his father.

Kain laughed and started blocking. Shadowbane growled in anger and attacked faster and faster. Soon Kain couldn't see his attacks.

Shadowbane punched him and kicked his abdomen. Then he kicked his face. Before Kain could land Shadowbane picked him with his telekenetic powers. He then approached and continued. He slashed Kain's chest.

Then he tried to punch. Kain caught his hand. Then he tried with his other hand. Again Kain grabbed the hand.

Both were in a mercy hold. They were about the same height. Kain was slowly overpowering Shadowbane. "Bow before me you worthless fool" He laughed.

Shadowbane then suddenly rose and overpowered Kain. "What? How?" Kain asked. Shadowbane grinned "You've had your fun old man now die" He twisted Kain's arms. cracks of bones twisting were heard. Kain didn't scream though.

Kain's eyes glew in red. He shot fire from his mouth. Shadowbane released his arms and held his chest. The fire had heatened his lungs and scorched his chest armor.

Kain rose and spoke in a demonic tone. "Foolish Child no one withstand the strength of Kain" He thrusted his arm forward.

Shadowbane thrusted his arm too. Both were surrounded by green energy. Two beams shot forward. They clashed with a roaring boom. Both tried to push the others power to him.

They were even at first "There is always a first time Kain" Shadowbane spoke threw clenched teeth.

Kain ignored and forced more power into the beam. Shadowbane was starting to weaken his beam was slowly being pushed backwards by Kain's. He then remembered Kain's evil words. He remembered his sister's face and brother's pain. All were Kain's fault. He shouted "Your end comes now Monster!!"

His body was surrounded by bright green. His beam intensified and grew. He pushed Kain's beam back. Kain growled and then released his beam and jumped aside and dodjed the beam.

Shadowbane summoned his soul reaver. Kain smirked and a soul reaver also appeared in his hand. They ran towards eachother. They swung at eachother.

Both sword clanged at impact. Shadowbane ducked and spun around trying to surprise Kain. Kain blocked and and swung slashing Shadowbane's arm.

Shadowbane cried in pain. Kain mocked and tried to stab. Shadowbane blocked and with the motion slashed Kain's face leaving a gash from forehead to chin along his left cheek.

Kain bakced away. His eye was bleeding and his entire face was crimson with blood. He clenched his teeth and swung his sword with anger slashing at Shadowbane's chest."Tsk Tsk you must learn to control your temper" Shadowabane mocked Kain with Kain's own word. Kain Blasted him with a wave of pure dark energy.Shadowbane flew backwards and slumpted to the ground weak and dizzy.

Kain approched and swung at Shadowbane. Shadowbane barely dodjed the swing and kicked the sword out of Kain's grip and then headbuttewd him. Kain staggered back and Shadowbane catched the sword.

"Well Now it appears I win" Shadowbane said And spun both sword and approached Kain grinning.
