Guile was just getting out of his f-15. Despite the fact he could have been promoted to major for his bravery in taking care of Bison he declined the offer stating he prefered the thrill of flying more then sitting in the office and taking care of political crap. Guile was walking towards the barracks he finally had a few weeks of vacation since he had worked overtime for 2 months for it. "phew, finally so r&r" guile thought to himself. all of a sudden a private saluted him he returned the gesture and the private spoke "captain Guile Sir, you have a visitor outside the base". Guile raised he eyebrows "Is that so I'm on my way, dismissed private" he saluted the private and started to walk towards the gate. He was suprised to see a tall well-built blond woman with a scar on her lower jaw. "Cammy White,its been a while". Cammy smiled "I wish we would meet on better occasions William" Guile frowned "Whats wrong this time?" Cammy looked down "We need your help, my sources tell me someones taking over Bisons old work". Guile answered "So..why doesn't Mi6 take care of it" Cammy looked at him with a pleading look "please help us we need as many fighters as possible. No one knows what we are up against, all we know is that their leader is very smart. he relocates daily and works with secrecy. The united states hasn't been touched because he knows better then Bison and is waiting for a perfect time to strike".Guile sighed "there goes my vacation" Cammy smiled and hugged him "thanks Guile. while they walked to guile's car Cammy told him that they recruited Ken,Guy,and Dan already and she would brief all of them when they arrived to the new Interpol-Mi6 joined base in N.Y

"Lord Bison, lord Bison" a soldier ran into a room quickly sector G has been taken master. Bison was sitting near a computer console he turned around and asked "Has the enemy suffered any losses?". The man answered while shaking his head "Negative milord, its strange they hit quickly and leave no signs of attack as if they are shadows". Bison dismissed the spy and then slammed his fist on the console smashing it. "D*mn how do these guys do it?". Suddenly the view screen lit up. "Master Bison incoming message from a anonymous speaker" Bison told him to let him speak. The screen changed and the screen was dark whoever was speaking wished his identity to remain a secret. "M.Bison Last time I called you ignored me. Now I control three quarters of your former empire." Bison frowned and asked "Have you called to rub the sad facts in my face". A laughter was heard on the screen "No,no ,no I wan't to offer you to work for me" Bison was about to turn to screen off when the voice continued "Even Akuma works for me now I assure you that If you decline my offer, next time we talk I shall kill you and destroy your Shadowlaw empire. Bison stopped his hand "Whats in it for me?" the voice answered "I thought you would never ask. I offer you control over Asia when I conquer the world as my second in command with Akuma that will recieve Europe, and I get the remaining states. Bison thought for a long time "Very well m..m..master..., by the way whats your name master" the voice answered "I'm called Shadowbane, my real name is none of your business"

CHUN LI'S APARTMENT HONG KONG CHINA

Chun li was sleeping peacefully in her bed when she heard a loud knock on her door. she stirred and yawned while looking at the clock on her wall that read 2 o'clock am. She got out of bed slowly and sweared under her breath " Who in god's name comes to visit at this hour?" she opened the door and a figure fell in to her arm she felt a warm liquid running down her night shirt she turned the light on and ghasped. In her arms was Ryu and he was in bad shape. Crimson red blood stained his white gi various wounds and bruises covered his body and his skin was very red in feverish state. Ryu mumbeled under his breath "Chun li..." She shushed him and quickly put him on the futon couch. She then removed his gi top and belt uncovering various scars and a deep cut to bone on his left shoulder she quickly brought some Ice and tied it to his shoulder the proceeded to tie a bandage around his arm to stop the blood flow, next she ran to the phone and called for a ambulance. When she finished talking she sat next to Ryu and gently kissed his forehead don't worry Ryu everything is going to be okay. But in her head ran a million questions. "how did you get here? why did you miss the party? who did this?" She silenced her questions knowing Ryu was in no condition to answer. She was positive he would answer all her questions as usual when the time was right.
