Dan walked through the dark streets, luckily escaping an attack while Akuma and the other four bickered. "Hmph. When I see all of them next, I'll make them sorry they picked with me..." Dan grumbled. His evil aura glowed a fiery pink while he walked. Another person walked by, bumping into him. "HEY!" Dan said. He whirled around, and tugged the person back towards him. " Hey! Wha...what are you...?"

"QUIET!" Dan said, putting his hand over the persons face. He knew by the screams that it was most likely a girl, maybe a teenager near her twenties. " Shut up, girl!" Dan said angrily. She still shouted pleas of help, the cries muffled by Dan's hand. Dan then calmly moved his hand away from her mouth, finally giving her a chance to breathe. "Now", Dan said coolly, " I want you to apologize for bumping into me." The girl, obviously startled by Dan's appearance, turned and fled. But Dan was much too quick. " Okay, fine..." Dan closed his eyes, and focused. There! He slid towards her like a bullet. He instantly began killing her with the Shun Goku Satsu. " WAIT!" A voice in Dan's head roared. "Don't do this... It'll make you no better than Akuma!" Two hits... Another voice... " Kill the little whore! It'll make no difference to anybody!" Four hits...." Dan! There's good inside you! Fight the evil! YOU MUST!"

" Satsui No Hado is the only thing inside you! CONTINUE...AND KILL THE GIRL!!!" Seven hits. Dan could feel his head slowly spinning as if he were in a whirlwind. "What's HAPPENING !?!?!?" He sudddenly blacked out, just as he was about to initiate the fifteenth hit. He and the girl both collapsed onto the cold pavement in the empty night.

Dan woke up with a start. "Ohhh, what happened?" He looked down at his body to check for injury. "Huh?" Where was his gi? Or actually, what happened to it? It was regular pink again, not the purple-ish color it strangely transformed into while he was Shin-Dan... "Shin-Dan." He got up, swaying from side to side. "Only one way to find out...GADOUKEN!" Dan launched a ball of energy that didn't go anywhere. "Okay...lemme' try....THIS!" Dan tried to warp, but couldn't. "It's gone? But...how?" Dan said scratching his head.
