Ryu and Sakura took the first plane to america from the Tokyo national airport and headed for the US.

"It's been a long time since i've been to the USA myself,Sakura."said Ryu.

He and Sakura sat together in first class.

"All my years of street fighting in Japan and this is the first for me,sensei."she said. "I can't wait to see this business conglomerate of his."

"Heh,yes and it'll be great to see his wife Eliza and the rest of his family again as well."said Ryu.

While back at a secluded US military base.

Guile and Ace sat patiently in the waiting room of the research area of the compound.

A minute or so later,General Hawkins came out,pipe in his mouth.

Guile and Ace both stood up and saluted him.

"At ease men."said Hawkins."Both of you..come with me."

"Yes sir."said Guile.

The two soldiers followed the General into the lab room where the dead terrorist was.

Inside they entered a room filled with cutting edge technology and tools of surgery and medicine for miltary purposes.

A pair of white lab coated men stood across from the soldiers.

In the center of the room was the dead body of the terrorist they brought back from France yesterday,it was covered up with a white sheet.

"This..is Dr.Henshaw,Guile."said Hawkins as he directed their attention to a bald headed man with glasses.

"And his assistant Dr.Gorn."

An indian american man stood with him.

"They both have been dissecting and studying the body of the terrorist who was killed during your little..outing yesterday."said the General.

"Sirs."said Henshaw. "After a grueling day of studying..this...body,we have come to the realisation that it is not..necassarily...human at all."

"Hmmm..somehow that doesn't suprise me in the least."said Guile with a grim look on his face.

Gorn removed the top part of the sheet revealling the face of a strange and eerie looking young woman laying upon the operating table.

She had chalk white skin from her head to feet,and had neon purple hair.

Gorn opened one of her eyelids,reavelling no eye pupils at all,just pitch black orbs.

"We have determined that she has..or had..extreme strength and forms of agility in her lean frame. Obviously..she must have been..genetically enginered and programmed along with the rest of the terrorist you both fought." he said.

"Hmmm..genetically enginered soliders eh?"said Ace scratching his chin. "Sounds like something outta star trek."

"I was thinking the exact same thing,sgt.Ace."said Henshaw. "This sort of thing is for the Sci-fi circuit. But..i'm afraid it's all true. Her body has been revealled to be the subject of some strange concoction on science. And...if there are more like her..."

"We just might have a helluva battalion of bad guys on our hands like none before!"said Hawkins.

"Waitaminute."said Guile. "This is also familair with something I and former colleagues of mine fought once before.

General..remember the Killer Dolls we fought with back then?"

"Hmmm.."said Hawkins. "...still reminded of that ol'Shadaloo angle again eh,Captain?"

"Well...yes sir."said Guile. "..they were also genetically enginered by criminally minded scientists as well."

"Yes,I am all too familair myself with the attrocities Shadaloo once commited...but...Bison is dead now remember.

Destroyed by that..Ryu friend of yours years ago when we all raided his last hideout in the jungles."

"Yes sir."said Guile."I remember seeing it all happen.But..he has been known to escape death before."

"Maybe,and maybe not."said Hawkins. "But you'd best keep your mind on the present here and now captain,and that's an order."

"Yes sir."said Guile.

"So...what do we do next sir?"said Ace.

"Now..?"said Hawkins. "We do what we always do..wait and see when we get another report if any on this new cartel we recently ran into.

And of course..get all info we can on the one you also fought...the one called..Q."

"Sir,yes sir."said Guile.

"Good that is all for now,dismissed."said Hawkins.

Guile returned to his desk and took a long deep sigh of breath.

"I know what I saw years ago..."he thought.

FLASHBACK.

Guile and the other street fighters were all down on the ground.

Some were exhausted by either fighting with Garuda,or the remained of Bison's goon squad,and some were down and out after fighting the evil master himself..BISON!

But both him,Chun-Li and even Ken all watched with hope as their soon to be savior Ryu Hoshi fought it out with the maniacal warlord himself.

Bison launched forward,utilizing his Knee press kick at Ryu.

The Shotokan blocked it off with both arms crossed up and skidded across the floor on his feet.

Ryu then thrusted forward and slammed a hard punch into Bison's gut and then launched a Shoryuken into his chin.

"WHAKK!"

The blow caused Bison's hat to fall off his head.

Bison rubbed his chin and sneered.

"You will not leave her alive,Ryu!"he said. "This time...I shall be the world's strongest!"

"No you don't Bison!"said Ryu. "This time..you're not getting away!"

Bison smirked and then jumped backwards away from Ryu.

He then charged up his deadliest ki move yet..THE PSYCHO CRUSHER!

"DIE--RYU HOSHI!"he said as he launched forward and flew straight at him,his body ablaze with blue and white energies.

"RYU--LOOK OUT!"said Guile.

The evil warlord rocketed straight at Ryu.

Ryu managed to jump over the human bullet in time and land directly on the other side safely.

But Bison wasn't through with his deadly Crusher yet as he vanished into thin air and re-appeared directly behind him.

"NO!"said Guile.

Bison hit Ryu head-on in the back,quite hard!

"WHAMM!"

"Unnghh!"replied Ryu as he fell to the hard floor.

"Pathetic as always."said Bison grinning. "You may beat the likes of Sagat and maybe Akuma...but you'll never beat me--THE MASTER OF SHADALOO!"

Bison then raised an energized fist high into the air and was about to bring it down on his fallen foe.

Suddenly..

"SONIC BOOM!"

Bison was hit right in the back by Guile's single fireball.

"EH?"said Bison as he swung around to meet the current distraction.

"I'm not through yet and neither is Ryu you bastard!"said Guile waving his fist at him.

"You'd do well to keep out,Guile!"said Bison. "I've been waiting a lot time to destroy Ryu and gain his power for my own!"

"Well keep waiting monster!"said a voice behind him.

Bison turned just in time to see...a single fist ram into his face.

"KRAKK!"

"Pathetic that!"said Ryu.

He then jumped upward and unleashed his super whirlwind kick,hitting Bison multiple times in the head.

The last one sent the villian flying to the ground and crashing right on his stomach.

"YEAH--THAT'S THE WAY TO GET'EM!"shouted Guile.

Bison crawled back to his feet and sneered viciously.

"SURRENDER NOW,BISON!"said Ryu,his fists ablaze with ki energy. "Or else you force me to do something we might regret!"

"You--fool!"snapped the megalomanica. "No one threatens me and lives!"

Bison then charged up his pscyho power to the full max till he light up brighter than an xmas tree.

He then flew straight at Ryu.

"You leave me no choice!"said Ryu as he charged up his most powerful inner ki of the Hadou.

"SHINNKKUUUU!"

Bison was within seconds of pulverizing Ryu with his shin Psycho Crusher,but just as he got close enough..

"HADOOOOUUUKENNN!"shouted Ryu as he thrust both arms forward and blasted Bison with a giant Hadou-beam blast!

"FWOOOOM!"

A giant explosion of energy erupted from the two warriors,causing the entire base to nearly shake apart.

Guile and the others were tossed backwards and fell against the wall behind him from the impact.

Chun-Li and Ken both managed to gain consciousness in time to see what had happened.

Ryu sat on both of his knees,trying to catch his breath while the monster that was M.Bison laid upon the floor,his body now a complete ash and dust ridden husk.

"B-Bison..?"said Li. "Is he..?"

In answer,the husk of his body fell apart and was reduced to a pile of black dust.

The master of Shadaloo..was no more.

"I..I..I did it.."said Ryu before he fell to the ground and passed out.

"Ryu!"said Li as she and Ken ran to his side.

"Hang in there pal!"said Ken.

The other fighters all regained consciousness after what happened.

Guile stood silently and stared at the pile of ash that was once his arch enemy.

"It's...it's finally over."he thought. "He's dead at last."

END FLASHBACK.

"Captain Guile..?"said a voice in front of him.

"Eh?"said Guile as he snapped out of his reminince.

Standing before him was another old soldier friend.

He was tall and had blonde hair like Guile and wore a black dress uniform and had a single moustache on his face as well.

"David..?"said Guile as he stood up from his desk.

"Yes,herr Guile..tis I once again."said the man. "David Darque has returned."

Guile approached David and pleasantly.

"Oh yeah..I almost didn't recognise you there with that face handle." he said. "But it's so good to see you again after all this years."

"You as well,Guile.said Darque. "I've been keeping busy protecting my homeland of Germany from international threats,but was meaning to visit you and the others sometime."

"Yeah,and i'm glad that plastic surgery paid off for you in the end."said Guile.

"Really?"said Darque smoothing his cheek. "I thought that gas mask suited me instead,Heh-heh.."

"Haha.."laughed Guile. "Yeah hard to belive that you were once known as the dreaded..Doctrine Dark in the military."

"Yes,but those days are long since gone now ."said Darque. "Anyways,i'm not really here on a social call..i've been called in by your superiors to help with this new case of concerning a new terrorist cartel that has been popping up all over the world..even in my hometown."

"You as well huh?"said Guile. "Well come on,i'll buy you a coffee and we can discuss with the General and Ace."

"Right."said Darque.

The masters residence.

The Shotokan trio entered through the front door of a huge mansion.

"Wow,this place is bigger than the house you and Eliza lived in years ago."said Ryu.

"Yeah well,after dad passed away,his holdings,belongings and all went me to me,lock,stock and barrel."

"Ryu..!"said Eliza as she hugged her old friend.

"It's been ages!"

"Good to see you as well,Eliza."said Ryu smiling. "You remember Sakura,don't you?"

"Oh yes."said Eliza. "Ryu's old student..my you've grown since I saw you last."

Sakura bowed. "It's a pleasure to see you again as well,Mrs.Masters."

Eliza looked a bit older,but she still had her blonde beauty that Ken first fell in love with years ago.

"Where's the boys by the way?"said Ryu.

"Sean and Mel are practicing in Ken's dojo barn in the back yard."said Eliza. "I'll have our butler fetch them."

"Right,come on guys..let's get to my study."said Ken.

The trio entered a large and wide room filled with books on shelves and a computer terminal was affixed to the desk at the end of the room.

"Hmmm..your father had quite a study didn't he?"said Ryu.

"He sure did."said Ken. "Even Mel and myself haven't gone through the first shelf of what he collected."

Ken then went up to the computer and typed in data for the proposal he made to the board of directors yersterday.

On the screen,a multi-colored flyer was seen.

The words:"STREET FIGHTERS UNITE! THE GREAT WORLD WARRIORS TOURNAMENT HAS RETURNED!"

Sakura whistled. "Looks sweet."she said. "I'm sure a lot of fighters old and new alike will just love this."

"You be they will."said Ken. "After the contest was held by such slimebags like Sagat,Bison and that Gill bozo..I decided to take it upon myself to bring a more honest to goodness hosting of this contest."

"Sounds quite noble."said Ryu. "This should bring back a lot of friends as well."

"And maybe enemies,sensei."said Sakura. "Akuma and any remaints of Shadaloo may seek this contest to do us harm."

"If that does happen my student,"said Ryu. "We'll be ready for it if that time comes."

"You bet we will!"said Ken. "We got contacts with old friends with the military and Interpol..and our own ki powers have grown twice as strong since last. This new tourney will be the perfect test!"

"Sounds really great!"said Sakura. "So when does the contest start anyways?"

"Within a year from now."said Ken. "My company will start the promos on tv,internet and other forms of media and will give all and any fighters who register a chance to train hard.And within that year the contest will begin at a selected location and of course arena by choice. It's all gonna be as great as any tournament imagined!"

AT A SECRET LOCATION BENEATH THE EARTH.

The same group of terrorists that Guile and Ace fought earlier all stood in a row before Q and a mysterious figure draped in shadows.

"That..didn't go quite so well as I had hoped."said the shadowy figure. "Our latest base was found out by snoopy military agents.

Well..no matter. You...our new Ultra Dolls have performed quite well in combat as of recently. Except for the one that was killed.

That fool Guile and his cohorts will stop at nothing to try and unmask us. But when he does..he too shall fall before our might. I might even do the masters a personal favor by carving his very heart out.

Yes...that would be quite nice,heh-heh.

Anyways,dismissed all of you and return to your pod cells at once."

"YES-OUR LORD!"spoke all the dolls at once as they saluted him and left the room.

The figure turned to Q.

"The master chose you well for our mission silent one."he said. "But try to please us further in future attempts won't you?"

The masked fighter nodded.

"Good."said the figure. "Now I must return for a but of rejuvination. Those soldiers I slashed apart took a bit out of me as well.

The figure turned to his own quarters as did Q.

Another shadowy figure watched from a single window that was part of his office.

He grinned.

"Ah,my hand crafted soldiers play out their parts nicely. Soon..we shall re-emerge in the world of men once more. But..I need a way to let Ryu and the rest of the fighters know of our return..but how and what to do exaclty? I must find a way.

And finding a way this villian shall as he will soon learn from Ken Masters.
