At last it was revealed,the contest announcer named Benson,was really the evil terrorist warlord M.Bison in disguise,and this time he was back with a vengeance!

"Don't you dare hurt my family you bastard!"said Sakura.

"Fear not,young woman."said Bison. "All I intend to do is collect the very last of the fighters gathered here--starting now!"

Bison aimed his right hand and blasted an orb of purple energy at the fallen bodies of Ryu,Chun-Li,and Ken..and they all disappeared.

"WHAT?"said Sakura. "Where'd they--?"

"You'll soon find out---starting now!"said Bison.

The villian snapped his fingers and both him,Sakura and the dolls all vanished in a flash of light.

"SAKURA NO!"shouted her friend Kei who was also up in the stands.

"She's gone--vanished!"said her mother.

Minutes later,they all re-appeared in some kind of large metal room.

"Where are we?"said Sakura.

"In my lair,Sakura."said Bison. "We have arrived--in Shadaloo!"

"Shadaloo?"said Sakura. "But..sensei told me that your gang was destroyed after we fought you!"

"FYI,that was an exaggerated report."said Bison. "We have merley been--in hiding."

Sakura saw one of the windows in the room and went over to it.

She looked out and saw that they were directly above the city of Osaka.

"What is this..a ship?"she said.

"Precisely."said Bison grinning. "Shadaloo has now become--the world's largest mobile HQ!"

And sure enough it was,the people of the city saw something hover directly above them all in the night sky.

"LOOK,UP THERE!"said a passerby.

"What the hell is that?"said a woman.

It was large,wide and flew on jet propulsion systems,it's metal was a light black with red and had the dreaded symbol of Shadaloo on the front of it.

It was the secret HQ of Shadaloo,the international crime cartel and they along with it's leader M.Bison was back once more!

"Now,the ensnare is complete..at least for now."said Bison. "I still plan to find some of those other fools that choose to stay behind..like Dhalsim. As well as other famed fighters to add to my collection."

"What-what do you mean?"said Sakura.

"I'm afraid you've heard enough,milady."said Bison. "Take her away."

One of the dolls came up behind Sakura and butted her in the back of the head with her rifle,knocking her out.

Minutes later,they along with the rest of the unconscious groups of fighters were taken to a large and vast laboratory room.

There was computers and machines of all sorts and many criminally minded scientists and engineers tending to their programming.

"Dr.Savaul."said Bison.

"Yes my lord."said a pudgy and bald scientist who approached him. "The last of the fighters are strapped in,prepare the activation process."

"Yes sir."said Savaul.

Bison then went over to the still out bodies of Ryu,Chun-Li and even Rose,they along with the rest of the other fighters were all placed in metal and plastic racks of some kind and their limbs were stretched out to the walls like an X shape.

"But first,I want these three revived momentarily."he said. "I want them to all know who was it that beat them and how all this came to be."

"Yes sir."said an engineer.

The engineer activated a button that said REVIVE and a surge of energy washed through the three bodies and they were awaken.

"Wha-what the--?"said Ryu. "BISON!"

"But..it can't be---you're supposed to be dead!"said Li.

"As you can see,I am very much alive,Chun-Li."said Bison.

"I sensed as much earlier."said Rose.

"You knew Rose?"said Ryu.

"Not at first."said Rose. "I sensed some..demonic force from beyond and the trail lead here--to the tournament."

"Yes,even my own cleverly concealed form was too hidden for even your psychic powers to find."said Biosn. "Now..I suppose you're all very curious as to the how's and why's odf my..resurrection. Very well..but you'll all end up taking this info to your graves I promise you.

It all began many years ago just before Ryu and I had our final..battle of sorts.

He and I fought long and hard at the last outpost we used for Shadaloo..and it's true,he destroyed my body..but not my..essence. At the last minute before Ryu unleashed that irritating Hadouken,I had my mind essence transferred to a new body cached away in the lower bowels of the complex.

You all saw my body destroyed,but not me--no sir."

"I should've known!"said Ryu.

"Yes,monsters like him never stay dead for any period of time!"said Li.

"Yes,too true."said Bison. "I also allowed your military forces to take away my last remaining regime,but I had many more contacts..many more creations to use.

So..I enlisted many more of the world's top scientists that shared my interests of world domination,and created a new brand of soldier to use in my forms of conquest--the Ultra Dolls. Twice as strong,fast and..expendable than the humans of Cammy and the others I once used.

As for my ultimate plan…I plan to serve you all up to…him."

"Eh?"said Ryu.

One a giant screen appeared a white and yellow glowing void of some sort,and within someone spoke.

"Good work Lord Bison."said a gruff and monstrous voice.

"You have served the oni world well."

"Oni..?"said Li. "As in demons?"

"Yes."said Rose lowering her head. "That--is the extension power of the demon you all fought once named..Garuda."

"Garuda?"said Ryu. "But..we hadn't seen him since we last tangled with Bison!"

"Yes,and just in case you haven't heard..his last body was recently destroyed by the ninja known as Kairi.

Another little tale is to tell here as well.

After I discovered the great demonic warlord in that tomb many years ago,he shared his great powers with me to conqour the mortal realm,but you and the others of course found and foiled us before we could do both.

So..Garuda and I went separately for the moment.but after his body was destroyed,his spiritual form returned here to a casing we specially designed just for him..he has also enfused me with greater power than any of you can imagine--power to control the mighties form of Shadaloo yet--and I owe it all to him!"

"Yes,and that is where you and other fellow fighters come in."said Garuda. "That fool Masters did us the big favor of finding you all in one place to capture you all--and what better way than that in a tournament?"

"Yes,I even killed and took on the form of that fool Benson months ago and went in his place during the contest."said Bison. "And you never knew it."

"I should've known--I should have!"hollored Rose.

"You can't win'em all Rose."said Bison. "But,the time for mistakes is past--and the final part of our plan is to serve your kis all up to him."

"You're going to what?"said Li.

"You all shall feed my power--every fighter in this lab is strapped to what Bison calls a power transmitter."said Garuda. "Your kis and strengths shall all be drained from your very bodies..and then--be served to me.

Your psychic cult of warriors thought they ensnared me many eons ago Rose,but you will soon learn…that no good deed goes on unpunished!"

"You--you will not get away with this!"said Rose.

"We already have,and we intend to."said Bison. "Now,sit back,be quiet and enjoy--total oblivion!"

The engineer pressed another button marked,RENDER and the three went back into a coma like state.

"Heh-heh..after all this time,at last..the world shall be mine!"said Bison.

"You mean ours don't you Bison?"said Garuda.

"Yes,yes of course.."said Bison. "..ours."

While back in the US at a government holding base..

Charlie Nash still sat impatiently for his fellow commandoes to come and rescue him,but it looked like none would come.

Suddenly,he saw a flash of light form before him and someone teleported in front of him.

It was Dhalsim himself.

"Charlie..Nash?"he asked.

"You--you have me mistaken for someone else,old man!"he said. "I'm agent Lash of Shadaloo!"

"No--my ki and yoga energies have pinpointed you as the same person..you are he.

And I will show you that you are."

Dhalsim then vanished and re-appeared behind him,grabbing him by the back of his head.

"HEY--WHAT?"said Charlie.

Dhaslim's hands surged orange ki energy into Charlie's head,causing an intense pain of pressure within.

"YEEEARRRRGHH!"he cried.

"Remember..who..you are!"said Dhalsim.

After a minute,Dhalsim let loose of Charlie and he fell to the floor.

"Now..who are you again?"said Dhalsim.

"I..I..I'm Charlie..LT.Charlie Nash of the North Am Air Force."he said. "Dhalsim..you're Dhalsim we met before I remember now!"

"Good."said Dhalsim. "It wasn't easy,but I had to search out for one who could help me free our comrades."

"Free them---why--what's happened?"said Charlie.

Dhaslim explained all that he found and saw earlier when he teleported from India.

"That's terrible!"said Charlie. "We've..we've got to save them!"

"Yes,we must."said Dhalsim. "But first.."

Dhalsim placed his hand on Charlie's shoulder and the two of them vanished from the holding cell.

They then re-appeared in the government facility's armory.

"We--or you shall need--provisions of some kind to get in there."he said.

"Yes..I most certainly will."said Charlie. "Excuse me."

Charlie went about the weapons and armor of the holdings and within minutes changed from his prison clothes to a black flask jacket,cargo pants,boots,gloves and then outfitted himself with a backpack of explosives and an M-16 assault rifle with grenade launcher.

"I'm ready--for anything!"said Charlie.

"Very good."said Dhalsim. "We haven't time to waste…come."

Dhalsim and Charlie vanished once again and headed for their dreaded destination…SHADALOO!
