The Street Fighters began to face off with another wave of Den Maximov's minions.
This time they were dressed and armed in the ways of the ninja.

"Okay gang!"said Charlie leading the way. "Keep a safe distance at first with these guys,we don't know what they're capable of!"

The group of ninja then jumped into the air and soared downward at their enemies as if they were guided by invisble wires.
"Hoo boy!"said Sean. "If they're doing what I think they are,they definitely can't be your typical ninjas."

"On your guard everyone!"said Morrigan. "The warriors that Den enlists are either more vampire victims under his control,or his own creation!"

The ninjas dove at the heroes,swinging their katana blades wildly.
Charlie ducked one of their swings and then followed up with a Flash Kick,knocking him away.

Once he was down,Charlie ripped out a fresh silver stake,jumped onto the fallen ninja and stabbed him right in the heart.

The ninja let out a bloodcurdling cry,and then was dead.
"Yup,they're vampires all right."he said getting up from the spot.

"Bloody wonderful."said Cammy. "More bloodsucking sods to deal with!"

The ninjas then removed their masks,revealling bald-headed,black eyed,hideously fanged creatures that were ready to draw blood in more ways than one.

Dudley activated a device around his wrist,it was a small but powerful crossbow which shot silver arrows.
"I happen to have some good experience with archery."he said. "Let's see these vamps try these on for size!"

Dudley aimed the crossbow and fired a spray of silver arrows at them.

But suddenly,one of the vampires swings his sword and knocks them all away.
"Oh,bugger."said Dudley.

"Allow me."said Rose.

The Soul mystic aimed both of her hands and fired off a stream of lavendar energy mystics at their weapons.

The vampire's swords dissolved into silver dust,they were now disarmed.
"They're all yours."said Rose.

"Now you're talkin'!"said Sean. "Let's take'im!"

Dudley fired off another spray of arrows from his crossbow.

The vampires they fought were skilled in agility as they jumped and bounced about on the ship.

Dudley kept firing away with his crossbow,until finally one vamp leapt down in front of him,ready to strike.
"Hold that pose!"said the boxer and then fired.

One arrow went right through the monster's throat,and it just turned to dust where it stood.
"Ah yes."said Dudley. "I knew those archery lessons would come in most handy back at the academy."

Sean and Makoto faced off against a pair of vamps.
The two creatures lunged at their intended,but before they could lunge at them,the two young fighters jump right over them and draw their silver stakes.

"NOW!"said Sean.

Both teens hurl their stakes at the creatures,stabbing them right through their chests.
The pair of vamps then fall to the ground,and crumble into dust.

"ALRIGHT!"said Makoto. "This is way better than being trapped im that civic building!"
"Yeah,and we're droppin'em like flies!"said Makoto.

The next few vampires flew at Sodom.

"Come and get it,bastards!"he said.
The samurai then pulled out a long wooden hammer that had a sharp end scratched into it.

"Let's see ya sink your fangs into this!"he said.

Sodom swung the stake hammer at the vamps.

"THUMP!"
The stake end pierced one of the monsters in the head,clean through.
The other jumped right behind him and swung a kick at him in the backside.

"Bad move!"said Sodom.
The vamp jumped into the air and flipped right over him,trying to taunt his adversary.
"Wanna play games huh?"said Sodom.

The samurai reached into his belt and threw some garlic particles at the monster.

Once the vampire got a whiff of the garlic,he went into a violent spasm,trying to fight off the effects.

"GOTCHA!"

Sodom slammed the hammer into the creature's side,killing it instantly.

Ryu,Ken and Morrigan fought off their opponents as they swung their silver swords at them.
"These weapons are effective,"said Ryu."but these kinds of vampires aren't giving us any fair fights."

Suddenly,the nearest door burst open and Guy came out onto the scene.

"Heads up,heroes!"he said.

The Bushin jumped into the air and took out a pair of cross shaped blades.

He then twirled them like a pair of batons and swung them at the lat few vampires.

"SKRRREEE!"
The vampire's heads were sliced off by his assault,and the last of them were blasted away by Morrigan's soul Fist blasts.

It was over,for the moment.

"Nice timing,Guy."said Ken giving him a thumbs up.
"Couldn't have been better."

Suddenly,Guinevere Baine teleported topside with the rest of the gang.
"I'm pleased to see that you all learned to use our weapons efficiently."she said. "You've all learned well no doubt."
"From either a military or karate master."said Charlie. "Everyone learns something,somehow."

"Right!"said Cammy. "Now how about we head downstairs and hand that bloody vampire his bony white ass?"
"I couldn't agree more."said Ken. "Now,whoever's leading the way--go to it!"

Baine pointed her sword at the open door that Guy came out of.
"That way,"she said. "and follow me."

The two Darkstalkers led the Street Fighters into the nearest means of entrance.
And once they all made it inside,the door shut right behind them,by itself.

"HAHAHA!"said Den as he watched from the video monitor. "They may think they're ready."he said. "But they have no inkling of what they are truly dealing with here."

Den turned to one of his black suited troops.
"Unleash the rest of our---brethren upon our enemy."he said. "Oh,and activate just a few of the traps within,let's make their arrival a little more--interesting,shall we?"

The trooper bowed to Den and then left the room.

One of Den's hooded priests approached him.
"My lord."he said. "Do you wish to further attend the spell?"
"Not yet,not yet."he said. "I wish to see just how further stronger and resourceful these..street fighters are against the rest of my minions."

The heroes found themselves in what appeared to be a ballroom.
"Wait a minute."said Guy. "This is not right. When I got through here,there were some guards."

"Hmmmm...."said Baine. "It would appear that Maximov is aware of our presence after all."
"Too right I am !"said Den's voice through the speaker systems. "Some of you managed to trip the silent alarm earlier,and I knew that you would all make it here eventually."

"Show yourself,you bloodsucker!"said Ryu.
"Yeah,ya don't scare us!"said Ken. "We got some stakes with your heart with your name on them!"

"HAHA!"said Den. "All in good time,mortals.
But first,if any of you are to make it enough to face me,then you must work your way through my lair,one level at a time!

But--to make things more interesting! Let's see how you all work--in pairs!"

Den aimed his hands at the screen,and the entire ballroom turned to darkness.

"OY!"said Cammy. "WHAT'S HAPPENING?"

"I sense a powerful spell at work here!"said Baine. "But---I can't pinpoint it to stop it!"

Within the next second,the ballroom was left with only two warriors.
Ryu and Ken that is.

"Hey,what--where did everyone else go?"said Ken.
"DEN!"said Ryu. "WHAT DID YOU DO WITH EVERYONE?"

"I merely transported them to another part of the ship."said Den. "There,they will face off against my worst minions ever! As for you two,you shall face a sheer horror as well--starting now!"

The two Shotokans stood with their backs to each other.
"We can do this,Ryu."said Ken. "we've faced worst!"
"I know."said Ryu. "But a host of vampires and monsters,makes Bison and Akuma seem like a pleasant memory."
"You said it."said Ken. "C'mon,fang-face,show us your worst!"
 

Suddenly,Ryu felt a hand on his shoulder.
"Ken...?"said Ryu.

As if in answer,he was pulled away from Ken.
"HEY!"said Ryu. "What th---?"

Ryu then saw who was grabbing him into the darkness.
It was a seven foot tall man of muscle and was dressed as a Mauy Thai kickboxer with a patch eye and a huge scar over his chest.

"---S-Sagat...?"he said.

"Ryu...?"said Ken. "What is it--HEY!"

Ken was grabbed into the darkness and was greeted by an all too familiar face.
He was a tall and muscuar man of bronze skin with snow white hair.
"I don't believe it---URIEN!"said Ken.

"This should be quite,interesting,HAHAHA!"said Den.

While below the rest of the ship,the rest of the heroes were about to face untold terrors of their own.
