Even as a world-renowned street fighter and one-time tournament champion,Ryu Hoshi had never faced anything so unusual—or so evil.

Even the likes of such villians like Bison,Akuma,or even Gill couldn’t compare to what kind of warrior he was facing---a vampire.

And to think even his own master taught him not to believe in such things mythical.

But what mattered now was to fight this Den Maximov character,and hopefully save his friends and fellow fighters from the rest of his fellow vamps.

Den bounced on the smalls of his feet in his ready fighting stance.

“Well,Ryu…?”he said. “What are you waiting for—christmas?”

Ryu’s eyebrows arched into a fierce V of anger and fury,he was indeed in a serious miff about all this,and had good reason to.

“And I thought you to be a descent honorable warrior like most of my friends.”he said. “You’re just as vilesome as Akuma himself was.”

Den chuckled. “Oh come now,Ryu.”he said. “Everyone has their principles and motivations. I’m afraid I find the concept of honor to be---tiresomly overrated. The only thing that really interests me is—POWER!”

“The pursuit of power has ultimately led to the downfall of men and other beings like you,Den.”said Ryu. “It is part of my life’s struggle to defeat monsters such as you and Bison so fighters everywhere may have a better chance at living!”

“So you say.”said Den. “But let’s see you back up your words with the proper actions—starting now!”
Den charged up his fiery ki and unleashed it at Ryu.

“HELLFIRE FLASH!”he shouted and fired away at Ryu.
The same huge orange glowing fireball that Den used on an opponent in the contest earlier flew at Ryu.

Ryu took the initiative and jumped straight over it.

He then took a run and jump at Den,and did a flying jump kick.

Den simply dodged it and slammed an elbow into Ryu’s back!

“UNNGH!”went Ryu as he staggered forward.
“Stupid!”thought Ryu. “I forgot about that move he did earlier in the tourney. “Well,two can play at this game!”

The Shotokan jumped again at Den and swung into a leg-sweep.

Den jumped right over it just as quickly.

But it gave Ryu the chance he sought as he rose upward and slammed a hard punch into Den’s abdomen!
Ryu then launched into a Dragon punch causing the vampire to be lifted up off the ground.

But as it looked like Den was going to eat turf in turn,he did somethin quite unexpected.

He back-flipped in mid-air and landed neatly on his feet.

“Wha--?”said Ryu in disbelief.
Den chuckled wickedly. “You’ll have to do better than that,I’m afraid.”

“That I will!”said Ryu as he took a run at Den again.

Suddenly,before the hero could get another shot,Den made another move.

He shifted towards Ryu in super-speed motion and then slammed several fast and hard thrust punches at him.

Ryu was then knocked down after the seventh punch.

“HA-HA!”replied Den. “You may have beena great warrior and title-holder in your lifetime,Ryu…but I’m afraid this time—you’re as they say out you’re out your league here.”

Ryu wiped at the blood that was smeared from his mouth.
“Vampire or not…”he thought. “…his ki power is nearly greater than my own! But—I’m not gonna let that stop me—no matter what! My friend’s lives are all in danger—I must keep fighting!”

IN ANOTHER PART OF THE BUILDING….

Sean slowly arose to his feet,there he stood face to face with someone he was hoping he wouldn’t face.
It was Chen Wong,Akaido master from China and one of the most unpleasant people Sean had ever met. He knew this guy was a jerk-ass…but he never thought he’d also be---a bloodsucker from hell either!

Chen chuckled in delight.
“What’samatter little Sean?”he said. “Afraid to face someone older—and more skilled than you are?”
“You mean someone uglier!”said Sean. “Damn pal—you look like a reject from that Blade II movie I saw once!”

“Flattery’ll get ya knowhere kid!”said Chen. “And if ya wanna live to see tomorrow—you gotta fight to survive!”

Sean cracked his knuckles and flexed his legs.
“I’m more than ready!”he said. “When I get through busting up your face,I’m gonna find a ten foot stake to cram down your stinkin’s throat!”

Sean then charged at Chen,but before he could make a move,Chen already did.
He jumped into the air—and then disappeared.

Sean slammed on the brakes and then looked around frantically.
“Where’d he---?”he said.

“RIGHT HERE!”said Chen as he remateralised bhind Sean and slammed a thrust elbow into his back.
“ACCK!”cried Sean as he fell forward and up against the wall.

“Hey—no fair—no dirty tricks!”he said.
“HA!”said Chen. “We’re not in a fair contest here,kid! So use what ya got—before I drain your ass dry of all it’s blood!”

And with that little warning out of the way,Chen attacked again and thrust out a hard punch.

Sean managed to duck out of the way just as the vampire’s fist slammed right through the concrete wall!
“My turn!”thought Sean.

The young fighter then thrust upward like rocket and slammed Chen with his own Shoryuken punch.

Once Chen was stunned momentarilly,Sean then continued the attack with a couple of punches to the stomach,then a roundhouse kick to the head!

Sean then decided to end the bout once and for all with a powerful Hadou-burst!

He charged up his inner ki energy until it was a formed orb in his hands and then fired away at his enemy.

“HADOUKEN!”he shouted.

The hadou-blast slammed Chen up against the wall of a nearby concession stand.

“GOTCHA!”said Sean enthusiatically.

But to his avail,Sean simply smoked Chen a little.

The vampire eased off from the wall and then ripped off the shirt gi top of his Aikaido costume. His skin was slightly burnt from the chi attack.

“Not bad—cough!”he Chen. “But I’m still standing so it’s not good enough!”

“Aw man!”said Sean. “What the hell you guys want with us?”
“Aw nothing much Seany boy.”said Chen. “We just wanna fight ya—and then kill ya!”

Sean gritted his teeth in anger,he was definitely over his head this time,but he vowed not to let that stop him.

“As for your chi attack,”said Chen. “have some of mine!”

The chinese clenched both of his fists and crimson energy formed within them in a crackling sort of electricity sort of a way.

Sean began to defend himself,read for anything that this monster was preparing.

Chen then thrust both of his fists forward and shouted:
“CRIMSON-ARROW!!”

A red colored arrow shaped ki projectile flew straight at him!

Sean managed to dodge the first arrow,but before he knew it,Chen fired another,hitting him right in the side!

“AAARRR!”cried Sean,the energy from the projectile was a stinging hot sensation.

Sean rolled across the floor,grabbing his side in pain.

“Can’t take him---here!”thought Sean. “Have to---think some kind of…strategy!”

Sean then took a run for it down the hall and into the darkness,making a temporary retreat.

“Hey—where ya going?”said Chen. “I still wanna play----HAHAHAHA!”
Chen lifted his feet up off the floor and floated off after his would-be prey.
 

Meanwhile,in another part of the building,Chun-Li was battling it out with Tana.

The two chinese blocked off hand chops and lunge punches with each other for a whole minute until Tana decided to move up a notch with a fierce move.

She spun into a surprise roundhouse kick!

But Chun-Li was suprisingly ready for anything as she ducked and then counterattacked with a rising spin-kick!

Tana was knocked right in the chin by the force of the blow and staggered backwards.

“Mmmm..not bad…”she said rubbing at her chin.
“I’ve been taught by the best.”said Li. “And I suggest you surrender yourself to police authority quietly or else!”

“I and my brothers are not bound by your mortal laws!”said Tana. “The only law for us is lord Maximov’s law—the strong shall live and the weak shall perish!”

“Maximov….?”said Li uncertain.

Suddenly,Tana jumped away from Chun-Li until she was far away from her acros the hall.

“Hey—what are you doing?”said Li.

“THIS!”said Tana as she formed a glowing blue amount of ki energy in her hands.

“She’s gonna try a ki attack on me in this shallow hallway.”she thought. Well that’s what she thinks!”

Tana then threw her hands forward and shouted:”CRYSTAL ANNIHILATOR!”
A transparant and glowing ball of ki energy flew straight at Chun-Li,as if someone just fired a bullet at her.

Li then saw her chance and jumped upward to the skylight,just as the ball flew underneath her.

She then landed safely on her two booted feet.
“HA!”she said. “You’re gonna have to do better than that!”

Suddenly,the projectile hit the other side of the hallway,causing huge chunks of debris to go flying everywhere!

A huge chunk of hard plaster hit Li right in the back,causing her to fall to the floor hard—and lose consciousness.

Tana laughed wickedly as she stood over her fallen foe.
“Told you I would.”she said. “But then of course we vampires have the edge in many ways over you mere mortals. And now---it appears that I have a midnight snack to relish. Let’s see just how sweet the blood of the ‘strongest woman in the world’ tastes!”

Tana opened her mouth very wide,revealling her razor sharp set of blood sucking fangs.
If Li doesn’t wake up soon,she’s gonna be vampire’s delight!

While in the front lobby of the civic center,both boxer and kickboxer alike were about to duke it out,fist to foot!

In other words,it was Dudley and Fred.

Dudley thrust forward several of his best punch moves,but Fred blocked each and every one of them off.

Fred then decided to make some moves of his own as he hopped forward and thrust a spin kick at the boxer.

Dudley managed to dodge it just in time and slammed a few lightning punches into Fred’s chest,causing him to fall bakcwards.’

Fred managed to regain his footing and then tried for another attack.

He thrust forward,doing what appeared to be a rising knee,but as he did the move,he fired an energy blast of some sort from it.

A single yellow fireball flew from his knee and went straight at Dudley.
Dudley had no time to react and was hit head-on in the abdomen by the power orb.

“UNGHH!” went Dudley as he fell up against the broom closet door.
“Knee torpedo!”he said grinning cockilly. “Get’s ‘em every time!”

“It would seem that I defintely have my work cut out for me.”thought Dudley as he began to plan out his strategy.
