Ryu,Chun-Li and the rest of the Street Fighters played witness to the horrifying revelation of the martial arts group they had just met hours ago.

First they started off as rivals in the tournament,then allies in the quest of survival…now they found that they were to be an even greater theat or evil than M.Bison himself!

“I—I don’t understand this!”said Ryu. “What exactly are you and the others doing,Den?”
“Ah,I’m afraid there’s a lot that you and your friends don’t know about us,Ryu.”said Den. “We assure however that we like yourselves are accomplished martial arts warriors.

What you don’t know is this—we are the spawning of an ancient breed of superbeings that has lay hidden for thousands of years ever since my ancestor spread the seeds of them years ago.

In short—we are VAMPIRES!”

“That—is the most proposterous thing I have ever heard!”said Dudley. “Vampires—are nothing more than mythical creatures created by one of my countries legendary writers,Bram Stoker…!”

“Ah,there are even things that your mortal writers and creators did not know about,Dudley.”said Den. “But know this…I repeat once again—that if you either surrender yourselves at once…or suffer terrible consequences!”

“Yeah..?”said Ken. “If you wanna drain the blood outta of our asses,then you’re gonna have to fight for it!”
“L-let’s not instigate’em Ken!”said Sodom.
“Sodom…!”said Guy. “I’m surprised at you,are you going to let a bunch of horror movie rejects intidimate you?”

Sodom suddenly regained his nerve at the sight of Guy’s mocking,still vowing to flatten him in a match one day!

“No way—no how!”he roared. “A true samurai never surrenders!”
“Ha!”said Chen. “You pansy mortals think you even have a chance in hell against us?”
“Yeah,we’re bloodthirsty vampires,with more power packing ass-whuppins than you homeys combined!”said Fred.

“And if you think that’s going to intimidate us,”said Chun-Li. “you don’t know us all!”
“Too right!”said Dudley. “I say let’s see just how’real’ you bloodsuckers are!”

“I think they may be more than a match than we anticiapted my lord.”said Tana. “Should we take them on here and now?”

“Hmmm…no I think not.”said Den. “I---have a much better idea for this current situation.”

The vampire leader lowered his left hand down at the group of fighters and then a bright flash enveloped them all.

The next thing that the heroes knew that they found themselves in a different part of the civic center.

Ryu swung his head around to see where he was.
He was in what appeared to be one of the hallway corridors.

Chun-Li,Ken and the other fighters found themselves in different parts of the civic center as well.

One of them….even found themselves….outisde.
And that was not good.

Den called out to the street fighters telepathically.
“As you can see….”he said. “….I like to be a ‘sporting’fellow. I’m offering you all the chance to defend yourselves. In a classic game of—hide and seek.

This is how my version works,each of you shall hide or seek out each of my fellow vampires. If any one of you runs into one,you shall face each other—to the death. If you lot win—if that is---you shall all be able to go free.

But—if we win….you will have the privellege of joining our ranks as either a member of our brotherhood—or become as dead as our recent victims—as well as those zombified ones outside.

Think of it all as a renewed version of the all-american martial arts tournament that we were in earlier. I mean we were in the stages of the finals right?

And remember—even if you do make outside…there’s always the ‘other’ playmates I spoke of…HAHAHA….!”

“Den—you bastard!”hollered Ryu. “You’re not getting away with this!”

Den then turned to his minions.
“My fellow Night Warriors,”he said. “we are being given the chance of facing some truly challenging victims here. I am giving you each the opportunity to chose and face the opponent of your choice.”

Ted was the first to speak.
“I’ll take on Ken Masters,”he said. “it’s time someone won the title of US champion from him…even if it means his life as well.”

“I’ll take on that little darlin’ R.Mika.”said Rango. “She and I have got some unsettled matters in the ring.”
“I’ll take on that limey boxer dude.”said Fred. “I’ll show him we ain’t no fakes.”
“I shall have the honor of taking on the successor of Bushinryuu.”said Hiryu. “If I kill and take his ki blood—it’s power..shall be mine!”

“I’d let to take on that cute honey Sean.”said Tana. “He was a good dancer,and I’d like to see how good he is in a match.”

“NO!”said Chen. “That little bastard dared to strike me earlier…so I shall be the one to take the life of that would-be Shotokan!”

“Do not let your pettiness and arrogant manner get the better of you,Chen!”said Den. “If you are to kill him,then allow him the honor of at least one fair fight.”

“No worries.”said Chen. “I’ll do that—even if it is to be his last,heh-heh…”
“Well then..”said Tana. “..I guess I’ll be the one to take on that overbuxom bimbo Chun-Li. I think it’s time there be a new strongest woman in the world in the World Warrior circuit.”

“I’ll take on that wannabe samurai dolt and ex-Mad gear member,Sodom!”said Ugyo. “He was barley a match for me when we were training,and it’s been past dinner for me anyways,he’ll make a great late night snack!”

“I guess I get to be the one to take on that little karate wannabe,Makoto.”said Juno. “No prob,I wanna see just how good someone my physical age really is!”

“Then it’s agreed.”said Den. “And I of course,get to take on the legendary Street Fighter champion. He defeated that fool Sagat in the first contest..and I heard he recently vanquished an demon-like fighter called Akuma in the last contest held by that Gill fellow. It shall indeed a great honor and challenge to face someone as great as he.

Oh,and don’t forget…we all still have until daybreak when this is over. The spell I and my minions from our local hideout will only last until dawn approaches. We must finish this mission and return to our caskets before all is lost. And remember—there will ne no failure on this---or each of you shall suffer my wrath!”

“Yes…lord Den!”said the vampires all in unison.
“Now go!”said Den,and the other creatures flew off into the shadows of the building.
“Soon…Ryu…very soon now.”he said as he flew off to find his prey.
 

WE NOW RETURN TO CHARLIE AND CAMMY’S LITTLE RENDEZVOUS WITH THEIR MYSTERIOUS CAPTORS IN THE NETHEREALM…

Charlie and Cammy stood before the unusual pair of female creatures that had brought them to their unusual lair.

One,Morrigan Aesland,the succubus.
And second,Guineverre Donovan,the sole living descendant of the original hunter Darkstalker hunter Donovan I.

They were both explaining the basis of the whys and hows of this evening’s evil events.

“In short,”began Morrigan. “there is indeed not only a vicious killer on the loose in the streets of one of your major cities,but more like—a group of killers that have been preying on innocent victims,but various martial artists as well.

Not only that,the killer’s are all renowned fighters themselves,and were a group of contestants that entered today’s tournament. Not only that,their leader—is also the one who has been solely responsible for all that has been happening!”

“He is?”said Charlie. “And just who is this….master vampire?”
“That---would be telling so far.”said Guineverre. “First off,I think it’s time we explain the rules and terms of this little test we’re going to place the both of you in.”

“This test again…?”said Cammy. “Why,why are you going to place a in a test?”
“To see if you’re both worthy of our help.”said Morrigan. “Now,shall we Guineverre?”
“Yes,we shall,Morrigan.”said the hunter.

Guineverre reached to grab her sword and pulled it out.
When she showed it in plain view,it appeared to be a sword unlike any other.

It was large,curved at the top and appeared to have a set of teeth at the edge.
“Ancient Dyrek blade of the first Donovan,”she said. “transport us to our intended destination!”

The blade Guineverre held glowed a bright yellow and the quartet of individuals were all transported to a different location of the vessel they were in.

Charlie and Cammy found themselves on the ground of a large arena stadium,similar to the ones used in ancient rome.

It was large,round and clearly a dark brown colored stone.
The ground they stood upon was a misxture of dirt and sand and there at the very top beyond the seats were both Darkstalkers seated above them in a small stand with velvet curtains draped around it.

Morrigan got up from her sofa seat and flew downard to the pair of commandos.
“I suppoose you’re wondering what all this is about,”she said. “well…here’s the gameplan. This is a test to see just see how much power and skill a pair of mortals like you have against some otherwordly menaces.

You Lt.Nash,have been an operative of the US air force and Interpol and have taken on Shadaloo’s worst and nearly lived to tell about it…except for that time you were nearly killed by his henchman at that waterfall in Cambodia.”

Charlie cringed inwardly at the mention of what Morrigan said.
He was nearly shot to death,then taken in and turned into a hypnotized minion called Shadow and would’ve been very dead if Guile and Chun-Li had not saved him after that.

“And you Lt.White,”said Morrigan. “after you were genetically altered to become one of Bison’s many killer dolls,you performed amazing abilites of strength and power thanks to his Psycho energies. And after being captured and reformed to become a British commando you had the skill to compete in Bison’s own World Warrior tournament and nearly made it to him as well as defeating that vain fool named Vega who had once scarred you.”

“Yeah,yeah…you don’t have to tell us all about our own pasts ya bimbo freak!”said Cammy. “We were there to begin with weren’t we?”

“Cammy’s right Morrigan,”said Charlie. “get to the point!”

“The point is,”said Morrigan. “that the two of you may be just what we need in stopping the core of our enemy’s master plan! But—before we reveal anything further to you---the both of you must pass a little test that Guineverre and myself have both cleverly devised.”

“And what test may that be?”said Charlie.

Morrigan turned her head up towards Guineverre,and nodded her head.
Donovan’s descendant got the message and turned her attention to another crystal ball that sat near her soafa couch.

She placed both of her hands over the ball and chatted an eerie spell.
Streams of white and blue energy seemes to emerge from it.

“I call upon my two best warriors from the netherealms!”she said. “Bestial—warrior of beasts and the savage jungle. And Frostus,warrior of the Anarctic world…come to my aid!”

The twin cage gates that stood near the ground opened and emerging from the darkness of them both,a strange looking being appeared from each of them.

One was male and was over 8 feet tall.
He slightly resembled a humanoid,but his flesh was covered in brown fur from his head to his toes.
He had a pair of pointy ears,a green headband around his head,yellow eyes and a thick beard.

He also wore armor pieces on his shoulders,chest,below his abdomen and shins.
And in his massive,clawed hands he carried a double bladed axe!

“I am Bestial!”he spoke in a gutteral and mighty voice. “Lord of the savage jungles of the neatherealm—warrior king of all beasts!”

“Oh boy…”said Charlie.
The second being was male as well,but far from human than anyone else.
He stood at a mere 5 feet,nearly the same height of the others,his skin was a pale blue,he wore a white tunic around his torsoe and had on a pair of matching boots as well as light blue gloves and a warrior’s helmet upon his head.

He also carried a strange ice formed mace with a crystal ball attached to it.

“I am Frostus,”he spoke in a crystal clear voice. “warrior king of the anarctics of the Neatherelm---master of the subzero cold!”

“Oh blimey….!”thought Cammy. “Just what the hell have we gotten pulled into here?”
“The both of you are to face these two powerful beings in single combat.”said Morrigan. “If the both of you win—we shall reveal to you what needs to be done about the threat on earth. But…if they win---you will both be banished to the neatherealms—for all eternity!

So—what’s it going to be,street fighters?”

Charlie and Cammy were faced with a monumental task,they had to get back to earth to help Ryu and the others,not waste time fighting strange and creepy monsters. But they had to do something—and fast!
