Both Sagat and Ryu stood before each other,ready to fight it out.
But…before either could make the first move,Vega stood between the two of them.

“Hold on there amigos!”he said. “This in my opinion,is not a good place for such an arena,and besides that,after all this racket the police may very well be onto us if we stay any longer.”

“I think the pretty boy’s right,Sagat.”said one of the armed hoods. “We got Ryu,so let’s bail!”
Sagat growled lowly under his breath. “Very well.”he said.

The gunmen aimed their firearms at both Honda and T.Hawk.
“You heard the man…fatzilla and Injun Joe---SO MOVE IT!”said one of the thugs.

Both grapplers growled fiercely at the gunmen,but raised their hands and walked off to the limos anyway.
Cammy meanwhile,was hiding behind some of the upturned furniture.

“I can’t help any of them now,”she thought. “but when Guile gets back—maybe I can tail them.”
Ryu and the rest of the street fighters were escorted into the cars and were about to take off.

Cammy herself managed to run outside and got a good look at the last limo in back to see it’s license plate.
“SHADOO?”she thought. “Shadaloo—it’s gotta be!”

The Limos then took off into the distance for an unknown place,leaving Cammy wishing she did something but she knew that she had to handle this like a real soldier. She then went back inside to try and crack open one of the supply room doors to get some weaponry.

Los Angeles Local Police precinct..

Balrog sat quietly in his jail cell cross-legged,waiting for something to happen.
He vowed once his arm healed he would take on the soldier called Guile and do to him what he and Sagat did to Ken—oh yeah he thought,there was gonna be some ass-whuppin’like none before.

Suddenly,a bright flash of blue and white light shown in the jail cell.
“WHAT TH---?”he said shielding his eyes.

After the flash settled,M.Bison stood before Balrog in all his evil glory.
“Wha---boss you’re here!”said Balrog getting up.

Bison grabbed Balrog by the collar of his tank top and brought him upward.
“YOU FOOL!”shouted Bison. “You dare attack while you are injured?”
“Hey c’mon boss man!”said Balrog. “Those other fighters were snoopin’round too close—I had to take care of them.”

“Only thing happened was that they took care of you!”said Bison. “And both Duke,Zacko as well as some of our best men are also in the custody of the police—I should leave you here to rot! But---I still have plans for you,Sagat and Vega concerning the upcoming tournament. But---you’d best not do this again—understand me Balrog?”

“Y-yeah boss…”said Balrog. “..I getcha.”
“Good.”said Bison. “Now let us leave this place.”

Bison raised his left hand and the pair vanished as he came.
While back at what remained at the safe house,Guile along with a few other soldiers arriving in an army truck arrived at the building,only to find the front doors ripped open in a rather vicious manner.

“What the hell just happened here?”said Guile as he got out from the passengers side.
“Do you want us to come inside as well captain?”asked a sargant at the wheel.
“Negative sarge,you and the others stay here till I find out what happened.”said Guile.

Guile ran inside to the hidden rooms and found that much of it was torn assunder by some strange onslaught.

“Ryu---Chun-Li….?”he called. “Is anyone here?”
“Sure is,Captain.”said a voice,it was Cammy’s.

The british commmando came out wearing a utility belt around her waist,a backpack,and loading up an assault rifle.

“Cammy—what happened here?”said Guile. “And what are you doing with some of the military’s gear?”
“Bit of a tale to tell boy-o.”she said. “Allow me to recite.”

Cammy told Guile what exactly had happened.
“I would’ve helped them if those lugs Sagat had with him weren’t armed believe me.”she said.
“Well,maybe I should’ve left you guys with some military gear after all.”he said scratching the back of his head.

“Hey,live and learn they say.”said Cammy. “But I did manage to catch a glimpse of one of the car’s license plates—SHADOO.”

“Shadoo…?”said Guile. “It must stand for Shadaloo.”
“I thought the same.”said Cammy. “And the cars were a couple of pitch black limosuines.”
“Limos huh?”said Guile. “Leave it up to crooks like them to live large.”
“And that’s not all.”said Cammy. “The person leading te thug team to catch Ryu was—Victor Sagat.”

“Not the Sagat that Ryu beat back in the last great tournament?”said Guile.
“The same I’m afraid.”said Cammy. “Bison must’ve let him join Shadaloo to get at Ryu.”

“Then we haven’t a moment to lose!”said Guile. “I’ll get some more weaponry together and we’d best get moving before it gets dark—c’mon!”

The two soldiers went back into the room Cammy broke into to gather some more firepower.

While back across town at a local junk yard with crushed cars…
The two limos stopped at the location and everyone except for Chun-Li had gotten out.

The terrorists still had their weapons drawn on Ryu and the others while Sagat and Vega approached them.

“I have been waiting and training for this for a very long time now,Ryu.”siad Sagat towering over him like a goliath.

Ryu got into fighting stance,his face as stern and determined as ever to stop the evil this night.
“Not yet amigos.”said Vega. “Over there you shall fight.”

Vega pointed to a gravel lot near the junkyard with a single stoplight over it.
“Good idea Vega.”said one of the goons. “Ryu—over there now.”

Ryu reluctantly walked over to the gravel lot and stood in it’s center.
“Your match may begin senior Sagat—fight brutally.”said Vega.
“I will fight—with honor—and kill Ryu!”said Sagat.
The Thai walked over to where Ryu was and faced him.

Honda and T.Hawk wanted to do something,but they couldn’t,not with the goons having their guns placed on them.

“You two buffoons will have a ringside seat to this event.”said Vega. “But remember,no funny business,or either you or your lady friend gets it.”

Vega then stood between the two fighters and played a certain announcer to the match event.
“The rule gentlemen is—there are no rules,that and the one left standing is the winner! Now face each other and bow—and let the match commence.”

Both warriors bowed and got into fighting stance,and the fight began.
Sagat threw the first move as he fired his Tiger Shot at Ryu.

Ryu’s eyes widdened in surprise by the move Sagat did and quickly ducked to the ground just as the projectile flew overhead.

“Fireballs?”said Ryu. “That’s definitely a new one from you,Sagat!”
“Lord Bison has prepared me for this moment!”said Sagat. “I shall win back the title from you no matter what-PREPARE TO BE VANQUISHED!”

Ryu jumped upward and flipped into the air,doing a flying kick at him.
Sagat jumped into the air and did a Tiger Upper on Ryu,knocking him out of mid-air!

Ryu fell back to the ground and rolled across the gravel.
“RYU!”said Honda.
“Man,what an uppercut—even for a Muay Thai!”said Hawk.

Ryu jumped back to his feet and rubbed at his chin.
“This is definitely gonna get ugly…”he thought.

Back in the city….
DJ,Dhalsim,Fei,Blanka,and Zangief all stood at and around a park bench,trying to catch their breath and think of a new strategy.

“Mon,we is never gonna find ‘em!”said an overwhelmed DJ.
“I hate to say it—but the situation is hopeless as of now.”said Dhalsim.”Ryu’s chi force is too far for even me to detect.”
“But we can’t give up.”said Fei. “We have to find either of them before Shadaloo does,no matter what!”
“It’s getting dark soon.”said Zangief. “We should at least book in at a hotel for the night.”

Suddenly,the army vehicle Guile and the others were in began to run down where the other fighters were at the park.

“What th---that’s Zangief!”said Guile.
Cammy peeked her head through the window of the back seats.
“You’re joking—it’s that big dumb bear again?”she said.

“Yeah—and I recognize some of those other fighters he’s with.”said Guile. “DJ,kickboxer champ of Jamiaca and Blanka—man beast of Brazil. They must be looking for Ryu and Ken as well.”

Guile had the sargant stop the truck and Guile himself got out.
“Hey---who’s he?”said DJ.
“It’s that same military Shadaloo ruffian who gave me the slip!”said Zangief. “And it’s about time you showed up comrade—Zangief will crush you!”

“No stop—I recognize that guy—he’s Capt.Guile of the air force!”said Blanka. “He and I fought once out in the jungles of my home.”

“Yeah—and like I said big guy—I’m not Shadaloo!”said Guile.
“Any more than I.”said Cammy as she got out to approach the fighters.

“That’s all dandy I’m sure.”said Fei. “But what’s this got to do with us?”
“A lot of things,namely Ken and Ryu.”said Guile. “Cause I betcha that you’re all searching for them as well.”

“You guessed right captain.”said Fei. “Do you folks have either of them with you?”
“I did just now---but the sleaze of Shadaloo got to him and Chun-Li before I could keep him there.”
“Did you say Chun-Li?”said Fei alarmed. “They’ve got her as well?”

“Afraid so.”said Cammy. “And you won’t believe who also caught Ryu as well—Sagat himself!”
“Not the Sagat who Ryu defeated in the great tournament?”said Dhalsim.
“That’s him all right.”said Cammy. “Big,ugly,scars and all!”

Zangief grunted in response.
“Oh uh—no offense big guy.”she said.
“Well what’re waiting for then?”said Guile. “We’ve got a common enemy on our hands—let’s get to wherever it is they are!”

The entire troop of fighters loaded up into the truck and took off.
Little did they know,that Bael Hoswang was watching them closely.
“I’ve got to find out where it is they’re going.”he thought.

He then stepped out into the side of the street and called for a Taxi to follow the truck.

While in another part of town,Tung Lo the monk was resting up against a lampost to catch his breath.
“Im-possible!”he said aloud. “I had them one minute and gone the next! Someone will pay dearly for this when I catch up with those same warriors I vowed to defeat!”

Just then,Tung heard some fighting just outside the city block he was on and heard something familiar.
“TIGER!” “HADOUKEN!”

“Sounds like a…street fight…with battle cries of chi power?”he thought.
Unable to control his curiousity,Tung heads for the battlefield.

While atop a nearby building,the same mysterious warrior in darkness watched what was transpiring.
“They are all mighty warriors indeed.”he thought. “But none are powerful enough to face me—none except maybe for the one who fights Sagat.”

Back in Japan…
Nadi continued her training at Sheng Long’s dojo,the assassin Nadi continued honing her fighting skills in the training room.
She lashed out her spear batons at the training dummy on the wall and pierced the blades through every part of it’s body---imagining that it was the one who took her father’s life from her—the one named RYU!

“The tournament shall be up by next year!”she thought. “And I will enter it—and take Ryu’s life from him—just as he did my father’s….KIYYAAAA!”

She sliced the very head of the dummy off and bits of sawdust and cloth flew across the floor.
This was going indeed to be a confrontation within a confration when the time came.

While back in Los Angelos…

Ryu and Sagat continued to fight on in the gravel lot.
Sagat lashed out every punch and kick imaginable,but Ryu blocked and dodged them off in his efforts.
“FIGHT ME DAMN YOU!”said Sagat. “FIGHT ME BACK!”

“You are not the one I remember from the last time we fought Sagat.”said Ryu. “Whoever this..Bison is—he’s twisted your sense of honor.”

“Honor no longer means anything to me now!”said Sagat. “Only victory---NOW FIGHT! TIGERRR!”

Sagat fired another Tiger Shot at Ryu,knocking him backwards from the spot he stood.
Sagat then rushed forward with a Tiger Knee.

Ryu dodged it and then rammed his elbow into his back.
“You leave no choice then.”said Ryu. “If I must fight to save my friends—so be it!”

Ryu then did a roundhouse kick into Sagat’s abdomen and then came up with a Dragon Punch to the chin!

Sagat fell up against the lamp post,causing it to shake violently.
“ATTABOY RYU,YEAH!”said Hawk cheering him.
“Fight with honor and take him down!”said Honda.

“Master Bison is not going to like this!”thought Vega worriedly.
Ryu then jumped at Sagat and did his whirlwind kick on him several times.

“WHAK,WHAK,WHAK!”went Ryu’s foot against Sagat’s head.
Sagat then remembered what Ryu did to him at the contest and his eye glowed a bright red with fury.

The kickboxer then caught Ryu’s flying foot and pushed him away,causing Ryu to fall back to the ground.
“What the----?”said Ryu surprised.

Sagat’s body tensed out in sheer power and fury. This time he was going to hold nothing back!

The thai jumped into the air and came down upon Ryu.
The Shotokan rolled away just in time,but Sagat had then grabbed ahold of him by the back of his shirt and lifted him upward.

“Ah…so Sagat has once again found that…spark to carry him to fight—and hopefully..spill blood..hee-hee!”thought Vega. “Master Bison will be pleased after all.

Ryu tried to struggle,but Sagat gave him a knee to the gut and then backhanded him across the face.

“You beat me once,and that was enough!”said Sagat. “Now it’s your turn to be…scarred.”
Sagat threw Ryu across the gravel but Ryu managed to roll with the blow and land back on his feet again,just as Sagat came at him again with a flying kick.

Ryu then caught Sagat’s foot and gave a good shove forward,causing the giant to fall on his keester in turn.
Sagat jumped back to his feet and faced Ryu off again.
Both warriors fired their projectiles off at each other,causing them both to shatter in a flash of energy.

Ryu then jumped at Sagat and did his spin-kick again,only to be knocked down by another Tiger Upper.
Sagat then rushed at Ryu,nabbing him in a flying tackle and both smashed through a wire fence and into the junk yard!

“Oh man!”said one of the thiugs. “Was that part of the plan Vega?”
“Uh…unfortuately not.”said Vega. “But at least they’re still at it. The rest of you keep your guns locked on our two guests,I’ll see to it that nothing else happens to the match.”

Vega ran off into the field of stacked and smashed cars where Ryu and Sagat continued their fight fest.

The two went off trading blow after blow,racking both of their bodies with earth-shattering pain!
Ryu gets punched in the face—POW!
Sagat gets decked in the abdomen-WHUMP!
Ryu gets decked in the chest by a rising knee—BUMF!
Sagat gets decked in the chin by a rising dragon---WHOK!
Ryu then rushed in with a lunge punch to Sagat’s chest and then did a roundhouse to his head. “KRAKK!”

The Shoto felt that he had Sagat drained already after all that..but he soon discovered otherwise.

Just as Ryu was about to ask if Sagat yielded,as if in answer the kickboxer did another rush knee,stunning Ryu in surprise,and the rest of the bone-crushing action punishment ensued.

Sagat continuisly pummeled Ryu in the face with a series of fast and hard punches,and then uppercutted him yet again.
Then he slammed his foot into Ryu’s midsection and sent the young warrior crashing to the ground.

For Sagat it wasn’t enough,he then released another Tiger Shot at the fallen Ryu that sent him skidding up against the grass and crashing into a wrecked BMW.

Sagat stood menacingly over the fallen Ryu,he finally had him where he wanted him.

“Over so soon..?”said Sagat. “I was hoping for more of a challenge than that.”
“Well,he was no match for your newly acquired power senior Sagat.”said Vega. “Serves him right for besting warriors such as us eh? Now---by order of the master himself—kill Ryu.”

Sagat raised both of his massive fists over the fallen Ryu,ready to deliver the killing blow.
Could Guile and the others make it in time before it was too late?
