Chun-Li embraced him.
"YOU DID IT!"she cried. "YOU DID IT--YOU BEAT HIM!"

"Yeah,we knew you could do it,Ryu!"said Ken.
"Personally,I didn't think I was ever going to beat him."said Ryu. "But then--when all hope was lost,I suddenly heard a voice in my head.
I think it was...our master,Sheng Long."

"Master Long?"said Ken. "But I heard he was sick in bed."
"Was you mean,Ken."said a voice behind them.

A man dressed in a hood and robe approached them.
He then removed his hood and revealled an age old oriental face with long white balding hair and a beard.

Ken and Ryu recognized him right away.

"MASTER LONG!"they both said in unison and then embraced him.

"We missed you so greatly!"said Ryu.
"Yeah,we never thought you'd make it to this tournament."said Ken.
"Even a little poison cannot hurt me."said Sheng. "I watched your matches with great enthusiasm. I am proud of you both.
Epsecially you,Ryu. You have strived long and hard to defeat a great evil before us."

"I owe it to you and my friends,master."said Ryu. "But..is it over?"
"Hopefully."said Sheng. "When I arrived,I noticed helicopters coming this way."
"Must be the military coming to put the pinch on Bison."said Li.

"Must be."said Ken.

"But first Ryu,I must speak with you,alone for a moment."said Sheng.
"Okay..."said Ryu. "Could you excuse us?"
"Sure."said Ken.

Master and disciple went off to a quiet nook and corner to talk.
"Ryu..I have entrusted you and Ken over the years,but it is you that I must tell you that an even greater evil than Bison himself is amongst this contest. Now that you have won,he may be after you next!"

"What--who?"said Ryu.
"I shall explain."said Sheng.

While back at the tournament field,Cho was searching for Ryu.
"Where's Ryu?"said the announcer. "He's supposed to stand back in the ring for the awards ceremony."
"He'll be with you in a sec."said Ken. "He's talking to his master right now."
"His...master?"said Cho. "Well that should make it twice as interesting."

Suddenly,Guile,Cammy and a troop of soliders appeared before them.
"What-what's going on?"said Cho.
"Sorry to interrupt things."said Guile. "But we've been ordered by our governments to arrest the tournament host...M.Bison himself!"

"What--you're kidding?"said Cho.
"If you can't see and recognize the evil madman for what he is...then you're stupider than ya look!"said Guile.
"Hey,he paid me a grand sum to just play along for this contest and--"
"Alright,arrest this bozo for aiding and abbeting the enemy!"said Guile.

"Yes sir!"said one of the troops as he placed handcuffs on the announcer.
"NOW JUST WAIT A SECOND HERE---!"protested Cho.
"Aw,shuddup,ya daft fool!"said Cammy.

Guile took out a magnum pistol from his belt and approached Bison.

"You mean--you had a brother,and you never told us?"said Ryu.
"I was hoping I didn't have to."said Sheng. "He was the failed student of Master Goutetsu,my sensei when he started to learn the forbidden arts. When I defeated him,he went into a rage and our sensei expelled him. He then snuck in that night,and used the dark art the Raging Demon and killed my sensei.

I fled in terror until I was able to completly hone my own art of the Shotokan and establish my own dojo.
And upon that fateful night,he returned,we fought...and I defeated him once more.

He vowed revenge against me and it had been years since I heard from him---until recently.
Before I was poisoned by someone...I had learned that there were a rash of killings on various martial artists at a local tournament. I found and recognized the blows that were given to the victims..it was my brother.

He was once known as--Gouki Long,my only brother of our late families...but now he is known as--Akuma."
"Akuma--as in the devil."said Ryu. "But where could he be?"

"He will strike when you least suspect it."said Sheng. "So you must be on your guard,as your friends must be."

While at the entrance,Nadji snuck in and found that something was about to happen.

"What are all these helicopters doing here?"she said. "And where's Ryu?"

Back in the ring,Bison had eventually rose from his fall and found another old enemy facing him.
"Captain---Guile."he said.
"In person."he said. "Alright,Bison--on behalf of the US and UK governments...you are herby under arrest! We have enough goods and firepower on you,to put ya behind bars! Now--surrender!"

Bison simply smiled wickedly and his body began to glow a bright blue.
"Uh-oh--Ryu,you'd better get over here quick!"said Ken.

Both Ryu and Sheng Long raced over to where the commotion was taking place.
"What's going on?"said Ryu.
"It seems that the first demon has not yet been--defeated."said Sheng.
"I'll stop him!"said Ryu.

Suddenly,before he could do anything,Bison blasted forth a huge burst of energy.

"FOOOM!"
The blast was so great,it knocked Guile and the others off the ring.
He then hovered high above the ring and the audience stands.

"Hey,what is this...is this part of the contest too?"said a patron.
"Dunno."said another.

"I don't like the looks of this."said Steve.

"YOU PUNY FOOLS THINK YOU HAVE DEFEATED ME?"said Bison. "HAHA--NO ONE SHALL DEFEAT M.BISON AND LIVE TO TELL THE TALE!"

Suddenly,the ring floor ripped open and a furry of armed soldiers wearing red and black commando outifts suddenly jumped out into the open and began to fire their guns everywhere.

"RATTA-TATTA!"
"BOOM-CHOOM!"
"BRRRRT!"

The commotion caued the crowds to spill out of the bleechers and run rampant towards Ryu and the others.

"HEY--C'MON--OUTTA THE WAY!"said Guile trying to make his way through.
But it was no use,the crowds were too thick to get through.

Ryu,Ken,and Chun-Li were suddenly seperated from Sheng and then approached by some of Bison's men.
"You will come with us."said the sargent. "Or face dire consequences!"

"We got no choice."said Ryu. "We'd better go for now."
"That don't mean I don't have to like it."said Ken.
"Same here."said Li.

The trio were escorted to the hole where the ring was.
"Where are they taking us to?"said Ken.

Ryu then remembered what Sagat had told him.

"The Shadaloo base---is beneath the tournament grounds...and is built within--a massive airship of his at this moment."said Sagat.

"Their HQ--it's here."said Ryu.
"What?"said Li.

"Move!"said the sargent.

"HAHA!"said Bison. "You may have won the tournament,Ryu...but I shall win the war when this is over! Now..into the hole!"

Ryu and the others jumped in as did the troops and Bison himself did as well.

Nadji saw her chance and then jumped in as well into the darkness.

The crowds finally disperesed and Guile and the others went towards the hole.

"What's going on down there?"said Guile. "Get some torches down there,we're going in!"

Suddenly,a loud and thunderous roaring sound was heard,and the ground began to tear and shake apart.
"I think we'd better get back!"said Cammy.
"What th---WHOOOOAH!"replied Guile.

The troops all ran back towards more solid ground as the hole expanded and out came a giant black airship that had the Shadaloo symbol on it.

It was Bison's helicraft.

"STOP!"said Guile as he and the troops opened fire,but the gunfire bounced off it.

The craft then switched on it's engines,and then took off for the sky.

Was it over,had Bison won?
