A pair of double doors opened from a nearby building and out from the shadows stepped a man wearing a black cloak draped across his shoulders and chest and a red general's hat.

His face was pure soulless evil and a golden skull with wings was adorned the top of his hat.

He marched on iron black boots towards the fight ring and entered it.

He was known as M.Bison,the master of Shadaloo,and he had been the sole menace who was responsible for the attacks he orchestrated on Ryu's friends and was the one behind this tournament.

He was the one that Ryu had to defeat to end this madness once and for all.
Or die trying.

"So...at last I face the world's greatest street fighter is here at my feet."said Bison. "I admit you have fought impressively well...even against Sagat once again."

"I intend to beat you all to the end."said Ryu. "Because of you,we've all been disrupted from our lives,and now i'm gonna take you down!"

Bison chuckled.
"Many have tried,but none have beaten me."he said. "But you may try,don't say I didn't warn you!"

"FIGHTERS READY---BEGIN!"said Cho.

Bison threw off his black cloak revealling his mass muscled and red costume.
"Whoa,whatta build on thaty guy!"said Ken. "Ryu's in for the fight of his life here."
"Be careful,Ryu."said Chun-Li.

Ryu made the first move as he jumped at Bison and did a flying kick,but Bison simply vanished from where he stood and re-appeared behind him.

Just as Ryu turned around,Bison slammed him in the chest with an energized fist and then grabbed him and threw him across the ring.

Ryu landed on his rump,but got back up again.

"Lucky so far."he thought. "But he's not gonna win!"

Bison then thrusted forward and did his Knee Press kick.

Ryu managed to block it off but was shoved backwards by the impact.

Bison then threw his right arm forward and fired off a purple colred ball of energy.

"Looks like i'd better follow through,and fast."said Ryu.

He fired off a Hadouken,but as it collided with Bison's projectile,it shattered through the fireball and hit RYu head-on!

"UNNF!"went Ryu as he fell to the floor once again.

"HAHA!"said Bison. "Your pitiful efforts are useless againsy my Psycho Power!"

"Pyscho Power...?"said Ryu.

Bison then thrust forward again and this time flied upward and was about to land both feet down upon Ryu.
But Ryu saw an opening and leaped upward,hitting Bison in the chin with a Dragon Punch!

The blow sent Bison falling out of the sky,but neatly landing on his feet.

He rubbed at his chin.
"Lucky punch,that's all."he said. "But it won't save you."

Ryu then fired off another fireball,but Bison jumped over it and then slammed a drop kick into Ryu's chest.

The japanese fell up against the ring ropes.
Bison then grabbed Ryu again and threw him across the ring once more.

Ryu then jumped back up again.
"I'm gonna show him what Shotokan karate's really all about!"he said.

Bison then jumped at Ryu and did another Knee Press,but he dodged it,swung around to Bison's back and slammed a spin kick into him.

Bison was knocked forwards by the blow and stumbled.

He then swung around,looking plenty pissed and was then hit in the face several times by a Super Hurricane Kick.
"WHAKWHAKWHAK!"

The last kick sent him down to the floor and his hat fell off.

"YEAAH!"said Ken. "GO GET'EM,RYU!"

Bison then got back up and placed his hat back on.

"You were good so far."he said. "But I shall be the victor in the end!"

Ryu charged at Bison and began to throw a furry of punches and kicks wildly at Bison,but the madman blocked them all off,and then disappared,and then re-appeared behind Ryu.

He then thrusted his whole body forward and then he caught aflame in a strange blue sort of color,like he was an energized human torch.

"PSYCHO CRUSHER!"said Bison.
"LOOK OUT!"said Ken.

Ryu turned to see Bison crash him down head-on by the incoming human torpedo.

"WHAAAMM!"
Ryu fell to the floor once again,the wind completly knocked out of him.

Bison then slammed down both feet upon Ryu's abdomen,really knocking him down.

He then grabbed ahole of Ryu by the shirt top and lifted him upward.
"HA!"he said. "Some champion you are!"

"NO!"said Li.

"DAMMIT!"said Guile watching all the carnage unfold.
"Can't we go any faster?"

"These choppers aren't really built for speed that much,sir."said the pilot.
"Come on Ryu!"said Guile. "Beat that bastard ass!"

Ryu then heard a voice in his head.

"Ryu--awaken! Never give up--you are not finished!"

"M-master..?"muttered Ryu.
"HAHAHA!"said Bison as he was about to deliver the blow.

Ryu then reached out and caught Bison's fist in his hand.
"WHAT?"said Bison.

"It's not over,till I say it is!"said Ryu.

He then grabbed both of Bison's arms and with his own limbs and pulled him downward and then kicked him loose in the face.

"UNNGH!"Bison toppled down to the floor,while Ryu rolled back upwards.

The crowd roared in excitment.

"Yeah,now we're talkin'!"said Ken.
"Yes."said Li.

Bison got back to his feet again.

"Clever..but not enough against me."said Bison.

The evil warlord then thrust forward again and did another Psycho Crusher.
But just as he got close enough,Ryu charged up another super Hadouken--and fired!

"HADOUKEN!"

The impact force was so great,that a small but powerful explosion erupted between the two of them and Bison flew across the ring floor and skidded to a halt,his entire body let off particles of grey smoke.

Ryu then jumped into the air and landed a flying kick into Bison's face,knocking him out!

Bison was out,Ryu had won at last.

"BISON IS UNABLE TO BATTLE!"said Cho.
"THAT MAKES RYU HOSHI THE WINNER OF THE WORLD TOURNAMENT CHAMPION ONCE AGAIN!"

The crowds cheered and cried Ryu's name.

"RYURYURYURYUUU!"

"He did it!"said Li.
"Yeah,that's our boy."said Ken.

Ryu stood at the spot,trying to catch his breath.

It was at last over...or was it?
