The plane Chun-Li stopped at the local airport and Li was given the info by the pilot to where to meet and fight Vega.

She took a taxi and arrived at a fancy restaurant and bar.

Once inside,she was approached by the host and she told him her business.

He led her to a lower part of the room where there was a fighting arena.

"You will wait there until senior Vega arrives,senorita."said the man.

Li then jumped down into the ring and waited for her opponent.

"Well..this is it."she thought. "It looks the three of us all have scras to remind of us out efforts.
Ken,myself,and now Ryu thanks to that Nadji chick. I just hope neither of them end up in worse shape from their encounters.
Same goes for me."

Suddenly,someone jumped down from the upper floor and landed in front of Chun-Li.
It was Vega himself!

"VEGA!"said Li.
"At last we meet again,beautiful Chun-Li."said Vega. "It has been quite awhile hasn't it?
Since we clashed in that safe house back in the US?"

"I remember you scarring me pretty badly,maniac!"said Li. "But this time i'm ready for you!"

"Actions and words are different things m'dear."said Vega.
"Let's see you handle them differently."

Suddenly,a large and wide cage came down around the both of them.
"This is to make sure no one gets any blood or anything else on them while eating."

"GO SENIOR VEGA!"
"SI,NO MERCY!"
"LET'S SEE SOME BLOOD!"

"Pretty popular here huh?"said Li.
"Si,and rightly so."said Vega."For no one in this cage has ever defeated me nor exited from it alive."

"Well,I think it's time for that to change!"said Li.

The pair took up their fight stances and the match began.

Vega jumped at Li and did a sliding leg-sweep,but Li jumped away from it and fired her Kikoken at him.

Vega jumped over it and sailed ditrectly down at Li.
But just as he was close enough,Li jumped up and nailed him with a flip kick!

Vega flew backwards but managed to back-flip to his feet.

"Ah,as lithe as ever."said Vega. "But we shall see who is the faster!"

Li charged at Vega and did a flying kick,but the spanish ninja jumped over it and landed directly behind her.

He then was about to swipe his claw at her,but she swung around and did a roundhouse kick into his side.

"UNNH!"
Cried Vega as he staggered sideways.
"You scratched me once with that back-sratcher once!"she said. "But no more!"

"You shall bleed well when I am through with you!"said Vega.

He dove for the floor and slammed Li in the legs with a leg-sweep,causing her to fall on her rump.

He then dove again at her,but Li rolled out of harm's way,causing him to land on his chest.

He then got back up,and went for another attack.
Vega did a roller claw attack,but Li jumped over it and slammed him in the back with another Kikoken blast.

Vega staggered forwards and then swung around.

Li kept up her defense as she prepared for Vega to do another attack.

Vega smiled beneath his maske and jumped away from her.

He then landed on a pole and thrust forward his whole body as if it were an arrow.

"CLAW ARROW!"

He came at her so fast,Li was barely able to duck the attack.
The matridor landed on his feet.
"Lucky so far!"he said."But you will feel my claw sooner or later!"

Vega then jumped onto the cage and started to climb it's grill design,until he was all the way to the top.

"What's he doing now?"said Li. "He's probably gonna do another dive claw or something."

Vega then jumped off the cage and dived downward at Chun-Li.
Li then began to move away from where she stood,but before she knew it,Vega landed directlty behind her,then grabbed her around the waist and threw her backwards in a suplex move.

"UNNGH!"
went Li as she landed hard on her face.

"HAHA!"said Vega standing over her.
"That attack always gets them when least supsected.
Now.I shall tear your clothes from your body,and tear into your soft skin."

But just as he reached down to do so,Li swung on her back and thrust a rising kick into his masked face!

"I--DON'T THINK SO!"she roared.

Vega staggered backwards,his mask was cracked by the impact.
"It's a good thing I had this on."he thought. "But look what she did to it!"

Li then jumped up and came at him again.
She then slammed him in the chest with a thousand kicks move,but just before she could finish him off with it,Vega grabbed her leg and swiped his claw across her thigh.

"NNNGHH!"
cried Li as she felt his razor sharp claw pierce her once again.

She fell to the floor and clutcher her leg in pain.

"You were fast,but not fast enough against me!"said Vega. "Bison's psycho power has seen to that!"

"Bison..gave him a kind of power?"thought Li.

"Now,I shall finish you!"said Vega as he jumped onto the cage grilling and climbed it once more.

Li carefully and painfully got up from where she lay and tried to steady heself.

"I've gotta do something---fast!"she thought.

Li then remembered a new form of kick she mastered last month,it was a long shot,but she had to do it.

She squatted down and made it look like she was still in pain.

Vega then leapt down from the top and soared like a hawk downward at her.

Li then saw her chance and leapt up into the air,spinning her body upward with her legs kicking into the air.

She kicked Vega right in the chest and got him a dozen more times with it!

"KRAKRKRAKRAKRAKRAKKK!"

The last kick was so hard,it sent Vega crashing to the floor,his breath and energy completly drained and Li landed safely on her feet.

She rubbed at her thigh and walked overtop of him.

Li then grabbed Vega's broken mask and pulled it right off,revealing his recently restored face of beauty.

"All right,scumbag!"she said. "Where do I find Bison,is he at the tournament?"
"You--you'll never--get those words out of me,woman!"he said. "But if you continue to fight at the tournament,you may soon find out."

Li smiled and then slammed her fist into Vega's nose and right eye,damagin them both.

"MY FACE---NOT AGAIN--MY BEAUTIFUL FAAACEEE--!"he cried.
"AW SHUDDUP AND GET THE HELL OVER YOURSELF!"she hollered at him. "I'm outta here!"
 

The crowds cheered for their new champion as Li left the cage and went out the back door.

On the screen it read that Li was the next runner up once more.

"Alright,Li!"said Ken. "You sure should showed that vain ass punk a thing or two.
I wonder how Ryu's going to fare against Sagat?"

While at that same exact moment,Ryu was heading towards his destination with the same man he defeated in the last tournament,the one who vowed vengeance but is now against his will opn doing it---Sagat himself!
