Finally the moment that ChunLi had waited for so many years had arrived, she had endured many hardships, gone through countless ordeals, all just for this very day, the day she would learn her father's fate. A big muscular man in a red military uniform and cap stood imposingly in front of her, but ChunLi to her ground. For a while, they stood there silently, staring at each other.

"M. Bison I presume" ChunLi spoke out finally, breaking the silence

"What do you want of me little girl?" Bison's voice demanded in a tone that unnerve any ordinary person.

"M. Bison, I presume, I want to know what happened to my father, you were the one he was seeking to arrest before his disappearance, you know something." ChunLi demanded.

"Young lady, do not seek answers to which you are not prepared to know." Bison responded with a cruel laughter as he enter into his fighting stance.

Slipping on her sneakers, ChunLi prepare to fight her adversary. For a moment no one moved, then ChunLi dashed forward with lightning speed, leapt high into the air and executed a double axe towards Bison's face, but she was shocked when Bison vanished into thin air just before her foot connected. Bison rematerialized behind her, wrapped his arm around ChunLi's waist and attempted to suplex her to the concrete.

Just before ChunLi's head hit the ground, she extended her arms above her head and back flipped out of Bison's hold. She completed her flip and dashed forward again, throwing side kick to Bison's ribs a left hook to Bison's gut and a right straight punch to Bison's face. Bison blocked the first kick, swatted aside the second hook and sidestepped the third punch and retaliated by teleporting in front of ChunLi again and kicking her in the stomach, knocking the wind out of her.

As ChunLi bent forward as she tried to regain her breath, Bison continued by launching himself in the air and performing his head stomp on her back, sending ChunLi crashing to the ground and finally concluded his assualt by flipping backwards and slide kick ChunLi in the shoulders and knocked her away.

"You surprise me ChunLi, next time I will have to both hands." Bison taunted.

Upon hearing Bison mention her father, ChunLi suddenly rolled forward, regained her footing and dashed forward towards Bison again without warning, catching the dictator by surprise. Jumping forward and flipping head over heels, ChunLi left foot came crashing upon Bison's skull.

"Heinjyuu"

Upon landing, her left foot all of a sudden became a blur of motion as she relentlessly kicked Bison's head, chest and stomach repeatedly.

"Hyakuretsu Kyaku"

All of a sudden ChunLi spun forward, roundhoused Bison in the ribs then spun again and rapidly kicked Bison again. Then she jumped and spun forward and kicked diagonally upwards and juggled the dictator with another 9 deadly kicked.

"SENRETSU KYAKU"

"HAZAN TENSHOKYAKU"

Landing on the ground first, she gathered her chi, she pushed her palms forward, which expanded in a sphere of blue light about her own height.

"KIKOSHO"

Bison landed on the sphere of blue light, which burned in front of ChunLi, and sent Bison flying backwards. All of a sudden Bison flipped in mid air and floated several inches above the ground before landing softly.

"Hahahahahaha, much as this was entertaining, I do have engagement to keep. I just hope that next time you will entertain me more than your father did." Bison announced, dusting himself off.

"IT WAS YOU!!!! YOU KILLED MY FATHER!!!!" ChunLi shouted with all the hatred and anger that burned within her all these years as she dashed towards Bison again.....

A group of Interpol agents stood at the ready at a near by warehouse, to arrest Bison the instant he admitted to the murder of ChunLi's father. Upon hearing Bison's admittance to the murder, the Captain gave the order.

"Move out" the captain shouted.

Five Interpol agent ran out of the warehouse towards the two combatants. Just as they ran out of the door, all of a sudden machine gun fire was heard and all 5 agents dropped dead on the ground. The killer then headed towards the two combatants.

The fight had both been long and extraneous. Both ChunLi and Bison had severely beaten each other, but ChunLi's quickness allowed her to overcome the evil dictator. ChunLi could barely stand and was breathing heavily. Bison lay at her feet and was also having problems breathing. Realizing that this was her chance to get her revenge, she prepares to land the killing blow.

'This is the moment that I have waited all these years. I will finally be able to avenge you father! I will end this man's life and put a stop to his reign of terror.'

"CHUNLI" Ryu called out running towards her and Bison.

"ChunLi, what are you doing?" the Ryu called.

"I am going to kill him and end his reign of terror forever." ChunLi responded.

"ChunLi, if you end his life, then you are no better than he is. Are you willing to go on for the rest of your life with blood on your hands? Your father wouldn't want that! He wouldn't want you to throw your life away like that!" Ryu called out.

"...No better...than he is?" ChunLi questioned herself.

"No I must, I must end his reign of terror forever, even if I must become him to destroy him. I...must...destroy him" ChunLi responded as tears started to form.

"I…must...destroy...him" she repeated before openly crying, still holding onto Bison poised for the final strike.

Ryu stepped forward and held both of her hands. ChunLi dropped Bison to the ground and turned around and looked into Ryu's eyes before burying her face in his chest and openly crying.

"I can't do it Ryu, I spent my entire life hunting this man and now that I have the chance, I can't even kill him. I am not strong, I am weak, I am a failure!!!!" ChunLi sobbed as she cried.

"Everything is going to be all right ChunLi, everything is going to be alright. You are stronger than anyone I know. To be able to take down your most hated opponent without killing him makes you stronger than anyone. You remember that." Ryu said reassuringly as he put his arms around her.

"Really?" ChunLi asked as she lifted her head and looked into Ryu's eyes.

"Yes" Ryu replied softly.

Then the Interpol Captain appeared.

"ChunLi is this the person who murdered your father?" the Captain asked pointing to Bison.

After a few moments, ChunLi regained her composure.

"Yes, he has openly admitted being the murderer of my father, please take him into custody." ChunLi replied.

"M. Bison you are under arrest for the murder of detective D. Xiang." the Captain said as he helped the dictator to his feet.

"Hey where are the other agents?" ChunLi asked.

Looking at the captain, she was shocked to find the captain pointing his gun towards ChunLi and Ryu...
