Satsu No Hado's mate:

ChunLi prepared for the worst as Satsu No Hado floated towards her. Just before he laid a hand on her, he stopped. For a brief moment, his red eyes flared brown before burning bright red again.

He just stared at her, then a menacing smile formed on his face. But his distraction cost him, as Charlie was able to use this to his advantage and attack him. Dashing forward, Charlie kicked Ryu on the side of his head, breaking him out of his trance and sending him staggering away from ChunLi, who stood in front of Ken. Charlie pressed on his advantage by uppercutting Satsu No Hado into the air, leapt after him and unleashed a fury of devastating blows.

"FINAL MISSION"

Satsu No Hado landed with a terrible thud, however, he quickly jumped to his feet as if nothing had happened. Bring his right arm back, Charlie whipped his right arm forward, followed by his left arm, then his left leg before finally whipping his right arm forward again.

"SONIC BREAK"

A barrage of spinning blades flew towards Satsu No Hado. Just before the blades made contact with Satsu No Hado, he raised his left foot and floated in the air.

"Ashura Senkuu"

Satsu No Hado vanished and re-materialized behind Charlie. Cupping his hands to his sides, a harsh wind blew as Satsu No Hado defied gravity and spun in mid-air.

"SHINKUU TATSUMAKI SENPUU KYAKU"

Charlie was viciously hit 14 times consecutively before he was flung out of Satsu No Hado's spinning vortex and crashed to the ground. Satsu No Hado turned his attention to ChunLi again; who still had no idea why he didn't kill her earlier. For some reason, his gaze was fixed on her, as if he wanted her.

Charlie had recovered his Satsu No Hado's previous attack dashed at Satsu No Hado again, whose gaze was still fixed on ChunLi. Catching him completely by surprise, Charile rammed his shoulder into Satsu No Hado's back, causing him to stumble forward towards Ken, who was waiting. Just before Satsu No Hado had run into Ken, Ken duck. All of a sudden, Ken erupted into a pillar of flame.

"SHINRYUKEN"

Satsu No Hado was hit for a vicious 14 hits before he soared out of the flaming pillar. Satsu No Hado crashed heavily on the ground, but he stood up again as if nothing hit him.

"Everyone get out of here, I will distract him." Charlie ordered.

"No way, Charlie, you're no match for him. He beat Bison as if he was a beginner. There is no way you can beat him alone. Its suicide." Guile pleaded, standing beside him.

"Look, none of us can beat him anyway. I can't go back home anyway, not like this." Charlie said, motioning his dark skin.

"No way, I'm not letting you fight this battle alone." Guile retorted.

All of a sudden Satsu No Hado dashed forward and vanished. Teleporting directly above Guile and Charlie, Satsu No Hado landed between them and spun in the air briefly.

"Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku"

Guile and Charlie were sent flying in opposite directions. Satsu No Hado again returned his gaze at ChunLi. This girl fascinated him, he desired this girl. He dashed recklessly towards her with a menacing smile.

ChunLi extend her arms forward as Satsu No Hado raced towards her. An intense blue light lit up between her hands. Just before Satsu No Hado could reach out and grab her, the room flared up in an intense blue sphere of energy.

"KIKOSHO"

Satsu No Hado cartered terribly against the opposite wall. His skin was covered with second and third degree burns. Satsu No Hado still stood up as if nothing happened, smiling devilishly at ChunLi.

Then a hellish geyser of flame erupted around him and his burns started to heal. Realizing that they were not ready to fight this opponent, Ken, Charlie, ChunLi, Guile and Eliza started to run from the arena.

Just as everyone had ran out of the arena, Charlie ran back in, closed the door and locked it shut. Realizing that Charlie had gone back in to fight Satsu No Hado, Guile turned back to help him friend. Unfortunately, he could get the door to open.

"Charlie what are you doing? You're no match for him, you're going to get yourself killed." Guile shouted, frantically trying to get the door opened.

Ken grabbed him by the arms and pulled him away from the door.

"You can't help him Guile, he chose his own path." Ken said as he struggle to get Guile away from the arena door.

"HE'S GOING TO GET HIMSELF KILLED" Guile shout, as he struggled to get free.

"THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO FOR HIM, HE SACRAFICED HIS LIFE SO THAT YOU WILL LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY." Ken shouted at Guile.

Guile all of a sudden broke free from Ken's grip and looked at Ken, hating him for being right.

"... Alright, let's go..." Guile finally spoke up.

Behind them a loud explosion was heard followed by a piercing scream. Guile forced himself, not to look back....

Running to the airfield, the group hijacked a helicopter and left Bison's base. From the air, they could see various gunfire flying about, towards the home base and various purple flares of light and explosion littering the area.

"What's going on?" Eliza asked as they looked towards the ground.

"It looks like they're fighting some kind of battle down there." ChunLi commented.

"Its Satsu No Hado, they're fighting a losing battle against him." Ken explained.

"Who is this Satsu No Hado? Is he Ryu? He can't be Ryu! Ryu is nothing even close to him." ChunLi asked.

"It's a long story. By the way, ChunLi, when did you remember how to fight?" Ken asked.

"What do you mean remember how to fight? I always remembered how to fight. But onto something more important. Tell me about Satsu No Hado, tell me what happened to Ryu." ChunLi demanded.

"The art that Ryu and I practice is called Shotokan. Totally based on chi manipulation, all of its techniques draw their power from chi rather than raw muscle power. There are two sides to chi, yin and yang and as a practitioner of Shotokan begins to harness more and more of his chi, his yin and yang chi will begin manifest themselves in the practitioner's personality.

We must balance our usage of the types of chi or one type might take over its counterpart. Satsu No Hado is Ryu, or rather, the dark or yang side of Ryu." Ken explained.

"What caused this change in him?" ChunLi asked.

"He must have thought that he could control it and that it was the only way to save you from Bison, so he released a tremendous amount of dark chi to make Satsu No Hado manifest itself. I think that Satsu No Hado is taking over his body." Ken replied.

"But if this Satsu No Hado is the dark side of Ryu, why didn't he kill me when he had the chance?" ChunLi asked.

"I think its because he sees you as his mate. This is why he didn't try to hurt you." Ken replied.

"How do we stop him? How do we get the old Ryu back?" ChunLi asked.

"We can't. None of us are strong enough to beat Satsu No Hado, only Ryu can defeat Satsu No Hado. This is why we must balance our chi usage. Should one side be stronger than the other should, then that side shall dominate the body. Right now Satsu No Hado is in command of Ryu's body, not Ryu. It's all up to Ryu now." Ken replied.

As the helicopter flew towards the Master's estate, the group wondered how they were going to defeat this new enemy....

'How can such an event come to pass?' Rose thought to herself as she re-read the old text carefully to make sure that she didn't read it wrong.

"How can the soul force be disrupted? This cannot be!" Rose exclaimed...

Meanwhile in Bison's base....

A man in a black Gi stood in a field with many dead bodies around him. Blood has painted the landscape with a crimson red, the scene is so sickening that most people would have fled in terror and have nightmares for many nights or quite possibly gone insane. But Satsu No Hado stood there with his thought fixed solely on the girl in that blue wu shu unifrom with many ribbons that tied her hair into 2 neat buns.

"No matter where you run ChunLi, I will find you! Muwahahahahahahahaha..." Satsu No Hado shouted into the air. Then he vanished...
