At the final moment, ChunLi leapt high into the air, flipping, head over heels, over Bison and drop kicked him in the back. Bison was sent flying face first into a nearby wall. ChunLi then picked up the gun that she used to shoot Bison earlier.

"Don't more. If you move, I'll shoot. Without your Psycho Drive, you won't be able to heal yourself like you did the last time I shot you." ChunLi threatened, pointing the gun at Bison.

Bison slowly stood up, breathing heavily. He injuries were taking their toll on him and without his psycho power to heal him, he knew that he couldn't beat ChunLi in a fight. Suddenly a thought popped in his mind.

"...Finish it...." Bison ordered.

"WHAT?!? You want me to shoot you? But you'll die!" ChunLi replied, surprised.

"Its what you've been yearning for all your life, you've been yearning to avenge your father, to destroy the man who killed him, now is your chance. Here I am, unable to escape or defend myself. Here is your chance to destroy me." Bison explained, slowly walking towards ChunLi, who still pointed the gun at him.

"St...stand back, if you come any closer, I'll shoot." ChunLi said as she slowly backed away from Bison.

"Is that right? Well why don't you shoot me now? Kill me, in revenge or in cold blood! Can't do it can you?" Bison asked as he walked closer.

"I shot you before and I can shoot you again." ChunLi replied as she backed up against a nearby wall.

"Ah, but that was because you knew that I would live. You knew that my Psycho Power will heal my injuries. Now that I have lost my powers, that gun can kill me. Come on, why don't you kill me right now?" Bison asked as he stood right in front of the nozzle. The gun in ChunLi's hands started to shake.

"S...stop, don't come any closer or I'll...I'll.." ChunLi threatened as sweat started to form drip down her chin.

"You'll what? Kill me? Hahahaha, I don't believe that you can. When we fought weeks ago, I saw how you looked when you thought that you had beaten me, its the same look that I have seen time when I recruit new soldiers to Shadowlaw. Its the look of cowardice, its the look of being weak, the look being unable to do anything to defeat your enemy." Bison said as he snatched the gun away from ChunLi's shaking hands.

"And that is what you are, a weakling, afraid to get your hands dirty. Oh you can try to deny it, but I know your weakness. You try to be strong, you try to stand up for yourself, but in reality, you're a weakly cowardly little girl who can't finish what she set out to do." Bison taunted.

"NNNNOOOOOOOO...." ChunLi said as she fell to her knees and started to cry, realizing that she could never destroy Bison, no matter how hard she tried.

"AND BECAUSE OF YOUR WEAKNESS, YOU WILL DIE!!!" Bison boomed as he pointed the nozzle at ChunLi, who was still crying.

Just before Bison pulled the trigger, a blue projectile slammed into Bison and knocked him off balance, causing the gun to miss ChunLi completely and fire harmlessly against a nearby wall. Bison turned to the direction where the projectile came from only to kiss Ryu's right foot.

"Joudan Sokutou Geri"

Bison was sent flying by the sheer force of Ryu's kick and he crashed terribly against the wall directly behind him. Ryu then dashed forward and executed his attack as lightning erupted around him and empowered his fists.

Dashing Right Elbow.

"SHIN"

Left Hook.

To the sound of the storm...

Left Uppercut.

The true dragon awakens...

Left Rising Electric Dragon Punch...

"SHORYUKEN"

Bison was sent flying well over 40 feet into air before he crashed to the ground with loud thud. Ryu then walked up to Bison and lifted him up by the collar, who was breathing heavily. Ryu's devastating attack had shattered Bison's rib cage and the broken bones had punctured his vital organs at various places. Bison's neck was also broken and his skin was charred.

"You listen here Bison, ChunLi is stronger than you will ever be. Unlike you, she is not a killer and unlike you, she values life, even the life of her most hated enemy. Her compassion is what distinguishes her from you and gives her strength. You're the only one who's weak." Ryu said to Bison, who was barely alive.

"S…so.., you have become a...killer for her… how touching..." Bison said with a weak laugh.

"Wrong, you sealed your own fate the day you started your organization. If I didn't do it today, someone else will tomorrow. You killed yourself!" Ryu said before he dropped Bison to the ground.

He then walked over to ChunLi, who was still crying. ChunLi looked up at him and hugged him fiercely as she sobbed. A few moments later, the entire group left Bison's fortress behind, which was devoid of life as Bison's remaining men looted and abandoned the area, leaving Bison to die alone on top of his destroyed empire.

From a far distance, ChunLi and her friends watched as the fortress eventually began to crumble.

"Let's go home." ChunLi said with Ryu's arms around her, keeping her safe.

'How can such an event come to pass?' Rose thought to herself as she re-read the old text carefully to make sure that she didn't read it wrong.

"How can the soul force be disrupted? This cannot be!" Rose exclaimed.
