"Faster! Move faster!"
The motions had to be fluid, like water. But he knew he couldn't take much more of this, his muscles began to feel the strain of training for to long.
Ken looked on as he watched Kai perform the kata, his form was strong, but slow. Ken had never thought he'd acheive so much in such a short amount of time.
Faster! and Faster!
He had to deal with the pressure, if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
His body moved with skill beyond his years, but grace was a diffrent story.
Ken motioned his hand to stop his disciple.
"Good" He simply stated before his face breaking into a typical grin most of his freinds had known him for.
"You need some rest, take a break, we'll resume practice within an hour"
With a slight bow, Kai respected his masters wishes and left the room. Grabbing a towel from the rack in the hallway of the training room, he wiped the seat among his brow, only to have a pair of slim hands sneakily come from behind and cover his eyes.
"Guess who" the sly tone of the speakers voice gave Kai a good idea on who it was.
With a simple reversal throw, Kai had managed to toss his would-be assailent on the ground and pin them.
Spotting the long blonde hair and playful blue eyes, Kai looked onto the face of Ken's playful daughter Elizabeth.
"We have been throught this before" Kai simply stated as he helped the blonde beauty up to her feet. "And again and again I give you the same answer"
Elizabeth looked up, with a seamingly impossible puppy dog look. "Awwww you're no fun" she whined.
Kai's face showed no resentment to the face, he was clueless. Everytime this woman asked him to take her somewhere, and everytime he gave her the same answer. What was it about women, they never ceased to confuse him. He preferred to train then meddle some childish affairs. He preferred to train then asociate, build his body for the ultimate challenge. The fight was all.
Elizabeth didn't quit there, the pleading went on and on. Kai would never understand the opposite sex, they were simply annoying, meddolesome,or both.
Elizabeth simply smiled, she loved when her cute little Kai played hard to get. Unfortunently for her she didn't understand how clueless he was.
