Dan woke up on the couch with a hangover, which was a new experience to Dan, because usually, he'd fall fast asleep after one small sip of sake. He saw a pill bottle with some analgesic in it & took some. Soon his hangover dissipated. He still couldn't get up for some reason, & he saw why when he looked down at himself: Sakura was napping on top of him. He didn't want to anger her or anything, so he woke her up & gave her analgesics for her hangover. Soon she was in normal condition. Dan remembered some of the events of last night: they went to a bar where they both drunk heavily, partied hard, went to the top of a skyscraper & made out, among other things.

        Sakura blushed again. Every time their eyes met, she blushed. Dan rather liked it. Ken was going to be a problem though. How would they let him know? They decided that when they all had breakfast, they would tell Ken about their newfound love. They would have to do it quickly, because Ken was coming down the stairs right now! Dan cooked some omelettes & they got to eating. The morning discussion would have been normal, had not Sakura told the truth. Ken was taking another bite out of his perfectly cooked omelette & started discussing where they would go next: Chun Li's home. Ken was about to talk about the arrangements for his private jet when Sakura told Ken.

        "Anyway, we're supposed to leave around 10:00 AM, but if we get there quicker we'll be able to get there earlier, & then we'll probably pick up Ryu, Cammy, & Guile, too." Ken said.
        "Ken?"
        "What, Sakura?"
        "Don't you notice something different about us today?"
        Ken didn't know but he got a hint: Dan & Sakura were holding hands.
        "You're in love, right? Am I right?"
        Dan & Sakura expected a worse reaction, but Ken was fine with it!
        "I knew it! Ryu kept brushing you off so you went with Dan!"
        "You're not mad?" asked Sakura.
        "Of course not! I knew this would happen! Can I be your best man?"
 
A little while later...

        "You probably floored him after the first minute, Sakura."
        "Yeah? Well, he pissed me off!"
        "Do you know how to drive, Sakura?"
        "No."
        "OK. Prop Ken up in the front seat. The back seat's better, trust me!"
        "Is that a flirt?"
        "It wasn't meant to be, but if you want it to be..."
        "Stop that sentence right where it is now & I won't have to hire a taxi."
        "Right, sorry. I mean that Ken has PS2s & a DVD player in the back seat!"
        "Sweet!"

        Dan would have to drive to the airport himself. The Lamburghini was pretty classy, & Sakura was racking up a high score on whatever game she was playing. When they arrived at the airport, Dan felt bad leaving the Lamburghini. The feeling was short-lived however, as the private jet had everything the car had & much more, like a butler, magazines, & an in-flight movie, along with a special compartment in the back that Ken had built for him & Eliza, but it could be used by anyone. Dan decided to take a look in the compartment & after a minute found out some things about Ken he probably didn't want to know, but the most horrifying one had to do with whipped cream.

        They arrived in China & by this time Ken had healed fully. He promised Sakura not to laugh or to be rude or anything like that. Best man, Sakura thought, he already ruined that chance. They drove to Chun Li's house & found that Ryu was staying with her. It was a lucky break, as Ken could pick them both up & hand out big money to them. Ken knocked on the door & Chun Li answered...

        "Ken! Dan! Sakura! What are you doing here?"
        "Coming to catch up on old times!" Ken replied.
        "Don't be strangers, come in!" Chun Li ordered. They all went inside & talked a little bit. Ken explained why he was there & handed Chun Li a wad of moolah, which she promised to give to a local charity. Ken asked about Ryu...
        "Hey, Chun Li, do you know where Ryu is?"
        "Oh, he's in the kitchen making lunch."
        "That's surprising," Dan said, "this isn't like Mr. The Fight Is All."
        Ryu came in & said, "Anyone talking about me?"
        "Me!" Dan said.

        "Figures that a man who can't even throw a proper Hadoken..." Dan is charging his Gadoken..."would be talking about me..." Dan lets it fly & it fizzles out. The rest of them laugh. Ken says, "Careful though, Dan is getting better. He could throw his razor sharp autographs at you!" Everyone laughed again. While the guys were talking, Chun Li asked Sakura to come upstairs so they could talk privately.
        "So how long has it been going on?" Chun Li asked.
        "What do you mean?" Sakura asked, a sweatdrop started to appear on her brow.
        "You know..." Chun Li asked, pointing to Dan.
        "Oh...him..." said Sakura.
        "I knew it! You did the right thing, Sakura. Dan needs someone."
        "How did you know?"
        "The blushing every time you looked at Dan kind of gave it away."
        "Yes...I never really knew Dan to be...charming..."
        "He's not trying too hard to make girlfriends anymore. Perhaps his personality has changed?"
        "No, I don't think so. Last night, when we dated, he shouted "Yattaze! Oyaji!" before he kissed me!"
        "Oh, so it's real love? I know that feeling. I felt it when Ryu won the first World Warrior tournament..."
        Chun Li then got into telling Sakura the rights & wrongs of romance, how she met Ryu, & how they got engaged last spring...Meanwhile, Ken is about to break the news to Ryu.

        "Well, Ken, how has it been going with you?"
        "Very good, Ryu! I never get to see you much anymore, but it's still cool. Hey, did you know that Dan & Sakura are dating?"
        "WHAT?"
        "It's true! Sakura broke the news to me yesterday!"
        "I knew it!"
        "Eh?"
        "I felt pity for Dan," Ryu said, but Dan starts to eavesdrop at the mention of his name,"me knowing that I've got 2 girls following me around all the time & him not even getting so much as positive recognition from random girls on the street. So I decided to finally train Sakura & get her off my back. Then I told her that Chun Li was my only love, & she took it pretty well. I asked her if she had any other hot martial arts trainers & she pointed to a picture on my dojo wall. It was one of Dan's signed autographs, so I told her to go with him."
        "Man, Ryu, that's beautiful..." Ken said while wiping a tear from his eye. Back in the living room, Dan was sobbing happily. He knew that now, he owed Ryu one, so he came in & hugged him.

        "Woah Dan! Easy there! Have you been listening to us?" Ryu asked.
        "Even if I have, I still never knew that you guys would do that kind of thing for me! You are true friends!"
        "Dan, Ryu did it, not me..." Ken said.
        "DAN!" Ryu yelled.
        "What?"
        "Your tears are turning my Gi blue!" Ryu yelled madly.
        "It looks good on you, mate!" Ken joked.
        "Shut it, Ken!" Ryu said angrily.
        "Nice one, Ken!" Dan said delightfully.

        "I heard that!" Ryu whispered. Dan & Ken smiled at each other & helped make lunch. The group ate a superb lunch, since Ryu blew the oven (again) & they had to go out to eat. The guys had a contest to see how many wontons they could eat, but they were all bested by Sakura, who ate them faster than even Chun Li, who came in at a close second, beaten by one wonton. When the girls had to have the eventual restroom break (wontons do that to you), Ken told the guys that they would go to Europe to get Cammy & then to the USA to get Guile. Ken also tried to tell Dan some women tips but Dan said he was above those things. Poor Dan. Had he taken those tips he would have got 5 extra flirts, 2 extra makeouts, & an extra inappropriate touch: all things that Dan wanted. (Dan looks at this paragraph & changes his mind.)
        "Um, Ken? I'd like those tips now!"
